Getting better. Just downloaded again to give it another try. Unable to login using my finger print. Also I tried to "inactivate" my cards and it came up with an error and wouldn't allow it. Therefore I was forced to cancel both cards.

Crashes every other time I take a picture of a check. Old app worked great. This one is horrible!

Convenient most of the time. Unfortunately, if you have more than one account and have QuickBalance enabled your other account will get locked out, forcing you to have to call the bank or visit a branch at the most inconvenient times to unlock it. And, also unfortunate, the mobile deposit doesn't work with the 5 megapixel camera on this phone. I once spent almost 40 minutes trying to deposit a check. I never succeeded and had to drive 100 miles round trip just to deposit a check.

The app used to work fine before the interface update. Now every time I try to log in I get a "code 500" error

Pros: Looks alot cleaner. Easy to use. Cons: lost the ability to click on a vender and see the history. Dont like that i have to have a finger print or pattern passcode on my lock screen to have it save my password?

Why as a member do I get ads for mortgage loans and other items in the app? I cannot find a way to disable them? This is unacceptable. Please give the ability to disable the ads.

I can't log into my account? I am using my correct information but it is still saying I have put incorrect information. I even logged into my account from a computer with the same exact information and it still won't let me log in from my phone. why?

Love the app because I can store login info and use my print to access my account. I hate remembering all my passwords.

I now have a reason to use the app rather than open the website in my phone's browser. I have always wanted the ability to transfer funds to another member from the mobile site and now I can.

It never works when I try to do a check deposit by photo. I retry taking the pictures like 12 different times and always fails.

The new interface is amazing! It's faster and simple. I feel much better about using the app for all of my banking. The option to send money via PayPal is also a plus! Thanks!

Won't let me log in. I just get a message saying there was an error processing my request

Never had a problem. This app is reliable and easy to use. It's currently making it possible for me to take care of all my banking from Massachusetts. I love this credit union, and have found their automated and remote access systems to be better than other banks I have used as I've lived in other states across the country. They make it easy to keep my accounts there.

Simple bank, great service. I've came to Utah as an international student and UCU was the ONLY bank where I could find people clever, understanding and courteous enough. How in the world one is supposed to start building credit????? UCU is now (after nearly 10 years) not only my personal bank but all my family's as well. Love you guys! And the app matches their great service. Apps are apps, not people. Every single issued I had (2 or 3), I've called them and they walked me through. Fantastic!

This app sucks plus your online page suck. I can't make my car payment using the app or the web page with my debt card or credit card. So if i pay over the phone or come in I get charged a additional 10 dollars but it's the only way to make the damn payment. Fix it.

I don't ask much of my banking apps, yet many still manage to fail. This one works, and gives me the functionality I need. Check balances, transfer funds, mobile deposit of checks, and wrap it in a functional and intuitive interface. I don't really need much more.

Pointless to have an app that doesn't ever work. At first it stopped accepting my fingerprint. Now it won't log in at all. Just taking up space on my phone.

New UI is awesome! I love card controls and the new fingerprint login. The old app needed a big upgrade and this is it. Thank you!

With the old app I could use it on my note 4. New note 4, new app, not working. Boooo. Insert BYU joke here

I haven't had to visit a branch for over a year, not even to deposit a check.

It takes you to a sign in page and asks for a username and sign in but doesn't give you an option of creating one! How are you ever supposed to sign in???

Everything is just easier to do! Plus it seems smoother. Also love how you can get in quick with just your fingerprint!

It's able to do the basics, which is nice. I really only use it to check my account and for everything else I call customer services.

Does what I need to with few issues.

Needs an update. UI is bad. Bring fingerprint support.

I just really liked the formatting and way the old app was before the upgrade. I am learning to adjust. I love this credit union though. :)

Galaxy S5. This app used to be very good, simple and straightforward. Now sometimes I cannot sign in, other times I cannot choose from a drop-down box, which makes this credit union pretty useless to me because I used to deposit checks remotely with the app. Because I live away from Utah it maybe time to close my account?
