Redwood CU v3.0

At first I didn't download it because the logos looked blurry. So I thought it might not be a legit site. It also requested for Redwood CU to have access to making calls on my phone. So that's weird. But the app itself is super helpful.

The new auto photo for mobile check deposit is wonky. It's much too sensitive and has a hair trigger,firing off before the phone gets positioned so 8 out of 10 pics loo awful. Case in point a deposit for unwound this morning due to this. So,I just do manual photos and it's fine

Haven't been able to login in ever. I don't know if its the app or just terrible service but its so frustrating i may just leave the bank altogether. Inconvenient at best.

The remote deposit feature is "blocked". I've installed the app on my cell phone and iPad, my husband's cell phone and his Samsung pad and I can't make a deposit on any of them as it says that this feature is blocked. Update 10/23/2017: I received a call from a Redwood Credit Union representative and she informed me that this feature had been blocked because of suspicious activity. She unblocked it for me and now the mobile deposit IS WORKING! I'm very impressed with RCU's excellent customer service. I never expected to get a call explaining what the problem was. I'm giving the app and their service 5 stars.

About a year ago I had some problems depositing check for a few days. The developer was incredibly responsive. I was even offered assistance by phone and they were quick to fix the problem. The app has worked without any problems for about a year now. I had no trouble depositing checks, though taking picture of checks was still cumbersome. However, the new feature where the app assists you in taking a perfectly picture has solved that problem. Now the app is flawless!

I love the app. But for some reason it glitches out on my galaxy s8 it worked fine for the s6 but for some reason while i take the picture to deposit checks it glitches out. I would appreciate if you guys can fix the problem.

The auto capture is a little too fast and sometimes takes pictures that are a little blurry. The fingerprint doesn't always work the first time either. But those are easily fixed by doing them differently in the app.

Before signing in, the app asked me if redwood CU could make phones through the app. I denied it and the app asked me 2x more. Then the screen started blinking off and on and i couldnt enter my password because the screen would go back and forth between showing the app and going blank. Baaaad.

I can't deposit checks, though I use to be able to. Can't take the blasted pictures, I keep clicking on front and back but nothing happens with either..

App was 5 star until they added the auto-picture to the deposit checks feature. I was fine just taking pictures manually, now the auto pic snaps so quick it takes me 3-5 tried to center the check and have had 3 checks reversed due to "not able to read check". Please fix

This app was okay until recently it got rid of the option to let me do mobile check deposits. We only have one ATM in Lake County and no shared CU branches anymore so this is a huge issue for me.

Great app. Not working on my galaxy s8 though. Keeps having a glitch and just flashes. Hope you can fix it.

I personally love this app, especially the quick balance feature. My only complaint is that I can't hook it up with Android Pay.

This app used to work good. But now I don't have the option to mobile deposit or even log off! Idk what they did to update but if it's not fixed I'll go else where, even after 7 years.

App seemed helpful... Until I used it to digitally deposit a money order, and the button says instant and after it notified me that my funds were available,, I used my card, and now have a 100 dollar overage fee! Because it wasn't instant. Thanks

There's no menu button in this version and I can't find where to deposit a check. Also, investment accounts are so far down the screen they aren't visible when you login (it looks like only savings, checking, and grey area).

Why why why did you change it??? I got my deposits done being bang boom before. Now, with this "we"ll take the picture for you" crap, it took forever. It would never take the picture. Hate it;

It's helpful but it takes foreverrrr to even load sometimes and I just say forget it and go to main website, which defeats the purpose of this app..please make it load faster!

The app tweaks out if you deny it optional access to features of your phone and you can't log in.

Very clunky app, feels like an outdated web interface. Fingerprint authentication no longer works.

I love this app and Redwood but it reopens frequently while I am using other apps. It happens multiple times a day. Hopefully they will fix it soon. I use a galaxy s8

It works for checking balance and all its other intended uses. And touch Id works fine I just had to delete and reinstall the app.

Doesn't work. Can't sign in. Freezes everytime Get it together guys. Might need to switch banks.

It didn't work on my s8 and it was glittching and asking for access to my calls and stuff

This app worked nice for me with no problems. I used it right away to deposit a check and everything went smoothly. I like it! Thanks RCU!

Once i updated it now i cant use it, keeps saying wait for a code i submit the info and nothing recieved rendering it useless

I like this app, it's simple and easy to use. The quick updates to your account are amazing

I've never had a issue, and look forward to this update. Hope it's a little more exciting, with more features.

Pretty good for a small town bank . god some of you ppl crying about the stupidest little problems. Jeez you should be lucky they have an app seeing how far away some of us are from the banks. 2017 problems wahhh. Remember rotary phones? Shut up!

I get looped back to login when trying to take picture of my checks to deposit. Please fix this, I make 5-15 deposits a month and can't go into a branch each time. I'd never get any work done! Update, still doesn't work. And the UI change hurts my head.

I have been using RCU'S fix for mobile deposits to no avail. I'll be able to make one deposit after doing the "fix" then the next deposit will make the app close again. I hope they work harder on a permanent fix because other than that, the app works fine.

I've managed to fix the Galaxy S5 mobile deposit issue but now when I take a well lit, well focused picture of the front and back of my check with all four corners and routing number etc. visible it will not deposit. Keeps saying "cannot verify check (E35). frustrating...

I was ready to give up on this app until I found the article on RCU's website about how to fix the S5 deposit issue. Followed the instructions exactly and had to reboot the phone, but it has been working since then. I'll update this if it stops working again.

C'mon now. App wouldn't accept deposits and logged out. I read the reviews and the fix option, could not find the developer section of the app to fix the deposit errors. Deleted the app in effort to reinstall and now it won't install? What year is this? With all the amazing credible apps out there and you can't get this to work? Redic.

Why would you have an option for touch id unlocking. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT TOUCH ID FOR STOCK ANDROID DO NOT PUT OPTION IN APP. Such a simple mistake costs you 4 stars on my review!
