Works pretty well though sometime when I start the process of logging in it starts me over from the beginning. Other than that it works great. I've used everything from mobile check deposit to tranfers

OK you have added the ability to take a picture of and deposit a check from the app. You have not set up the ability to transfer funds to another member, but there are soo many other options that is not an issue anymore. However allowing users to set up a PIN or use the fingerprint scanner on our phone to secure the app instead of having to sign in every time makes up for it. Old Review: It is a good start however one feature that would really make me happy would be the ability to take a picture of a check and have it deposited into my account. The ability to transfer funds to another Credit Union One member's account is also missing. If those 2 things get added, then this will become a 5 star app.

Rarely have an issue

The app kept showing that I had a certain amount of money available when I knew I didn't. In February it still showed my November amounts but absolutely nothing after November. Finally sick of dealing with what appears to be a dead app, I uninstalled it and am seriously looking to switch to a different credit union - one that is up with the times.

It was great up until a month or so ago. I'll be either putting in my username, password or security answer and it'll randomly reload and goes back to the welcome to mobile banking page. Pretty annoying after a while. Galaxy S7

Whenever I try to log in to check on things your crappy app will randomly stop me halfway through typing my password and thinks I hit the continue button even though I was nowhere near it. It did this 3 times almost instantly, which locked my account. I don't want to have to call your help line to unlock my account every freaking time I need to know how much money I have!

Years later and minimal updates. Still no check capture. Asks for security question every time you log in. Minimal functionality. Don't bother.

The app has a number of bugs not fixed. I use lg g3 and the username field reloads at least once and therefore sometimes I have to retype my username. Secondly, "remember this device?" does not work. I don't know if this is a problem with my phone ( which is up to date by the way) or the app itself ( which i have kept up to date).

This app is in need of a update badly I have 2 problems with it every sighn in first it kicks me back to the sign in screen when I get to the password and second I have to do the security question sometime 3 times I have a galaxy s6 and Android 5.1.1

I am unable to transfer money between account's. It will allow me to get to the screen, but when I select an account it doesn't register.

It gives me the option to remember the device but when you check the box it unchecked and I'm not able to save my device

I always have to answer my security questions because it will not allow me to register my phone.

App restarts every time I try to login and it won't let me select the remember this device so I have to answer my security question every time after a dozen or so restarts and I can finally login.

This app takes 10 to 15 minutes to log on. It just thinks forever. It also goes back to the beginning screen after you put in all your info

I have been living at second property for 9 weeks without internet service. Each week I must do my banking with this app. If it works properly, that is unusual. Issues with logging in, issues with transfers, issues with backing up within app. You name it. I have to restart phone sometimes to get app to go back to log in page. Have to close and re-log in because of so many problems within app. Frustrating app, unfortunately I have had to use it so much lately. I haven't had 1 problem with my 5/3 app.

I definitely like managing my banking from my smartphone and i feel like the Interface and options of this app is very mediocre. Definitely could use some updating to the interface and options available to CU members.

This credit union is always having technical issues. It's starting to make me regret opening my accounts with them.

This app has worked for us in a while it has been locking us out of our account every time we try to log in to use this app, on our phones & tablets.

App is very buggy and many of the features do not work. No matter how many times you check "remember this device" it still doesn't. Worst banking app I've ever used.

Rarely operates. Some feature doesn't work daily. No text messages feature.

Works when it feels like it, usually a message with some excuse why app is not functioning. Gonna switch to credit union with mobile banking it's 2016

Can't login. Used the same username that I used on the former app and online and it says my username is not valid. Wish it was working.

App is constantly crashing. This is extremely frustrating when you are in the middle of a transaction such as transferring funds. Not all "features" work either. Why was this app released when it is so obvious it still should be in alpha testing?

Glitchy, horribly un-userfriendly.

Been trying for over a week now to check my account balance or transfer funds every time I log in to do so it signs me out. Called customer service a few times still not working. You all need to fix this glitch or start handing out gift certificates for the inconvenience.

Great app but I wish it would've added the option to transfer funds to another member's account

Need to update so we can make check deposits with it.

Does not work on HTC one M8 with Android Lollipop. App cannot get past the load screen.

Every time I go to log it it doesn't remember me and asks for security question, sometimes twice, just to log in. Ridiculous

I'm irritated that I have to answer the security questions every time I sign into the app. I'm using the same phone.

Thought the upgrade would update the app too. It works that all that's matters

This app does everything I need but the remember this device function does not work. Retyping in all my information gets a little tiring

I have other banking apps and this is sub par. I gave it 2-stars. I would like to see when loan payments are due. Not just the balance in the accounts.
