GPS error. Stupid

The best app pour there

This was a great app until GPS use became mandatory. It wasn't broke. Why "fix" it? Get rid of the GPS requirement! I see that you WON'T do that, because people have been complaining for two years plus. Looking for another app...

The current version just says that the GPS location is not available "bye". Not good enough. Why can't I use last location, or set a location.

Loads of information and easy to read. Have been using it for a couple of years now. More info than other flashier apps. Great!

Does'nt work at all citing reason g.p.s location is invalid even though gps is kept on.please look into technical problem.

Used to work great won't load anymore regardless of gps settings.. fix it please I used this a lot

First cresent was spotted sunset Thur, Sept 29, not 2 days ago as shown. The computer was counting the superthin cresent yesterday. Still a day late.

Just installed it can't even launch error it says.

Calculates sun's elevation incorrectly. !This is NOT a linear function! Sunrise/sunset times look ok. Displaying twilight times will be a good idea.

I have used others, but this is the best. GREAT APP!!!

Stupid program won't backup

Awesome app! Has what I was looking for; in future updates maybe add zodiac position of moon.

It's one day from full moon and application says 53%. Obviously wrong and can't trust it. Come on and get your game on already!

Phenomenal program! Would give it 5 stars if it had a widget.

Good app, does what it says. But leaves GPS on and kills battery, force closes if GPS disabled. Just needs little GPS fix for 4 or 5 stars. MotoDroid.

Very informative, yet simple. I use it mostly for sunset/sunrise times.

Simple but accurate moon and sun information The app has worked without a hitch and is a lesson in simpilicty. I do lots of night photography so the app has and will continue to be valued as an excellent resource. My thanks to the developer.

Worked great, but recently it won't open at all... gps error. Tried un/reinstall.

Gives Long/Lat sunrise/set/daylight & moonrise/set/phase. Does what says on can marvellously! GPS critics daft! App needs location 4 accurate timings

If you want to check moon phase or similar you don't necessary want to switch on the GPS. Especally indoor. Useless

Doesn't work for samsung captivate

It does what it does well. I would like to see a couple of more data items like the times for twilight and the percentage of the moon illuminated.

Seems pretty good, and would be at least 4 stars except the app requires to read phone status and identity. This is an intrusion into my privacy and is not necessary. There are other options (i.e., Solar Hike).

Great app for lunar data but the phase percentages are totally wrong. 100% illumination=full moon NOT new moon.
