This app Doesn't not work with my HTC One m9.. shows disconnected.. but Pandora works with my phone and deck.

I downloaded the app again and finally got it to work with my kenwood stereo. I have it linked to my account but it tells me im out of skips. Is there a fix for that?

S70%
by S####:

Just keeps saying station not selected??

S70%
by S####:

Pandora accomplishes the same thing as IHeartLink without need for an additional app. Why can't the IHeartRadio app do the same? Especially since IHeartLink has accounted for 27% of my battery usage today without even using the app! IHeart functionality in my car is great, but please, come up with a better system!

Website says it has full functionality but app description page says no. Connects to my phone but just displays station not selected. Please update compatibility! !!!

S70%

So my accessory connects. But then it doesn't interface w the stereo. It says station not selected. Then when I open up my separate iHeartRadio app and play a station, if I can get it to play thru the speakers at all, it doesn't integrate w the stereo fully, no thumbs up or down but I can play/pause using the preset button 6. A complete uninstall of the link app, iHeartRadio and disconnecting the Bluetooth connection doesn't fix it. I can plug in w the USB plug and get the same effect; play pause, no

When I first got my Kenwood XDC-x 898 installed it worked great. Now hasn't worked in 3 months. Always says buffering. Doesn't work. Bummer!

Just go my kenwood 4 days ago in a brand new jeep patriot with 13 miles on it. This morning my app stopped connecting to the head unit. Pandora is just fine. So I looked it up, said I needed this app and it would work. No dice. What happened worked just fine till this morning without this app. And this app got me no where but to bufferinville

Update 1/21/16: Latest version works on Lollipop, but some stations are still broken on Samsung phones. Update 3/28/15: App doesn't work at all using Android Lollipop, hasn't been updated in more than a year, and it's impossible to contact Kenwood. Original review: If you're lucky, the app works well. Unfortunately, the two stations I listen to the most, WSM 95.5 (Nashville) and NASH 94.7 (NYC) sound like the songs are being played by The Chipmunks when using the app, but sound perfectly when using the regular iHeartRadio app

S70%
by S####:

It connects OK, but when I connect to a station, it just says "buffering" on the display and never plays any music. I can see by other reviews that the developers don't read any of this, and are unaware their app doesn't even work, or else they might have fixed it by now. FAIL!

The app connects, allows me to search my stations or others and when I choose one, it just buffers. I can open iheartradio app or iheartradio auto and they work fine. It needs to play to be an app in this case. Using S5 and kdc-x399.

This ap worked great for a while, now all I get is Buffering....... When is this going to be updated to fix this issue? It also really drains the battery when it is running. Still doesn't work as of 6/22/15. No response to emails to Kenwood. Won't be buying any more of their products.

Unusable. Tried to use it to play 97.1, The River which works fine with the regular iHeartRadio app. Playback is high speed (sounds like The Chipmunks) and is of course constantly buffering. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 connected to a KDC-X599.

Drains my phone battery constantly even when not using the app. Only finds two of my custom stations (near impossible to create new ones) and will not always sync to my KDC-X998. Great concept please work on these bugs!! Pandora app work flawlessly.

This app worked great, I really enjoyed being able to hop in my Jeep and after a few moments iHeart would start. After updating my Nexus 5 to 5.0 all it does is tell me it's buffering. I don't understand why. I can still see all my preset stations, it's connected to blutooth, but no music. This makes me sad =(

Seems to work well overall with KDC-X798 and HTC One, but it can't find my custom stations - I can only play the canned "live" Clear Channel stations. At least my Pandora custom stations are working fine on the Pandora app.

Moto X battery won't last the day anymore... Checked usage and this app consumed 50% of my total battery drain... And I didn't use it nor even go in the car today... Need to fix whatever it is doing in background so it only uses power when connected to the receiver.

Had been working fine (aside from the fact that you have to load the app manually prior to linking in order for it not to say "no skips"). Then, yesterday, noticed most of my Custom stations seemed to have disappeared. Tried making some changes on iHeart site and now I have no stations. Tried reinstalling/relinking accounts several times. No change. Any ideas?

I can't even log in to activate this app. Really disappointing, because my Kenwood stereo is a great product. I would be happy to reinstall and use the app if there were a way to activate it. But until then, and because the activation screen won't open, this app is not functional, and is just a waste of phone memory.
