Couldnt find out delivery instruction section. If it s already Thr it should b clearly visible. Also there has to be 'PAYTM ON DELIVERY' option. All u need s to provide a number n tht saves everybody from refund, recalculation etc pain 4 unavailable, undelivered product.

Just loved it..I also received Rs 100 discount on my first order with next day delivery..and yes they accept card payments too since did not want to part with my 100 rupee notes at this time of crisis..thank you so much justshop24..

this is good app than others, like big buscket and amazon, but service needs some improvement at all, I purchase product here on every month but some time the delivery person r not well behave with my parents, and most of the time I didn't get product which I ordered, where the app shows the product, some time I got a product with tear packaging, or breakage packets, please look on this matter and try to improve....

Despite of pay online , the delivery executive is still asking for the money and harass my older parents. It happened twice. Dus ka dum potato was just waste of money. All potato's are bad.

Poor service. Can't deliver on time. They are liars. When called they said my order is out for delivery but was not delivered. Worst site. Won't suggest anybody. Will complain about them to consumers forum too.

The app don't have any back option. When you try to go to previous menu it will quit from the app. No looking back...

The price of seasonal products is cheaper compared to any other website.. Like now in diwali,candles and diyas are being sold in lesser price than any other website. The delivery is awesome, I got to choose the date of delivery .loved their service.

On 31.10.16 I paid rs. 881 online for my order, but got an sms today that its 551, where is my extra money?? The customer care is not responding..

If you are not in a hurry and can afford delivery next day or later then JUSTSHOP is for you. Quality things at a competitive price.

Pathetic app...while ordering coupon gets applied but then the customer care calls and said we cannot give that coupon to you..wasted my money here

Nowhere did they mention they don't deliver outside Calcutta. Wasted my time.

There ar not much options in kolkata. So i had to use it. Quality is good bt services are really poor as compared to big basket. I usually prefer big basket bt this has better offers. What so ever i need i always order 2-3 days before. I never tried vegetables n fruits.

Customer executives do not know how to talk with customers. They are new in business but their attitude is like they are owner of multinational companies

Very poor. Not deliverd on delivery date . Phoned late evening for postponment but again failed next day delivery time 11 to 12 am

The fruits were of good quality! One item was replaced next day! Maintaining Good Services!

1st improve ur customer service then customer will come no option to cancel order

This is the best solution for all household needs of people. It has got explicit products covering all needs a family can desire. Definitely a 10/10 rating from my side.

Same pincode inserted from computer, is not accepted in app, couldn't order my needs, try to improve.
