NXBus mTicket

Unable to buy a ticket using my debit card. The app keeps sending me back to re-enter every piece of data. Tried several times without success. No answer from National Express call centre when I called them for support, the call just timed out.

This app takes forever to load... it takes 1 or 2min to load before showing the bus driver. The drivers do get annoyed and impatient :(

I use this app to buy Daysaver tickets, and have found it quick and easy to use but, no combined Metro and Bus Daysaver tickets means only 3 stars and no PayPal payment option means 3 stars only. PLEASE ADD THESE.

I bought a weekly ticket for 17 pounds used it twice then it wouldn't load anymore kept crashing I want a refund in my ticket

Bought a day ticket and the app worked as intended.

It's cheaper but doesn't allow me to purchase the nbus ticket to allow me to use all operators so no good for me.

Way too long loading. Needs more features. Have you ever heard of usability tests?!

i cant buy day saver or family saver if i am travelling before 9. not sure why not. surely alot of parents drop off kids to school/nursery before heading for work.??? just find it strange that the option is not there. excellent idea/app but very limited..

Used the bus instead of my car for the first time last week. Bought a weekly pass on 17/4/17 at 15:06 and it's only valid till 02:59 on 24/4/17. Bit miffed to say the least. Thought it would have been valid to get me to work at least on the 24th. What use is 02:59 in the morning. May use the car again instead out of principle...

Well I used this app for first time today and am well impressed,so easy to navigate and very easy to add my card. The one feature people need to take note of is the fact that after 09:30 the allday daysaver doesn't show up on the screen and only the 9:30 one does,I think this is a great idea as it stops some people buying a full day one when they only need a 9:30 one. All in all a great app so keep up the good work .

This is a super idea but no good for me when travelling with my 8 year old. I would definitely use it when the daysaver +1 is available as it saves me fumbling around for old coins under the sofa etc

The app won't let me buy the Walsall Low Fare Zone ticket. It won't let me get the walsall low fare week pass either. It tries to get me to log in but says my details are wrong. No other ticket option does this. If the app worked correctly I would rate it higher. I hope its just a bug and not national express trying to make me buy a more expensive ticket....

Finally! I have been wanting TWM to make an app like this for a long time now, and it doesn't disappoint. Travel is slightly cheaper for me now, and FAR more convenient. My only wish is that you add PayPal as a payment option, and then I'd be happy to give this the full 5 stars!

The app is basic. Actually disappointing no option to buy tickets for children. Doesn't include other day tickets like a nbus day saver.

Great app does the job my only complaint is that we carnt use PayPal. I understand that PayPal charge I'm happy to pay full price for the ticket if u alow the use of PayPal it's worth it for the convenience

The past few times I've used this I have been unable to purchase tickets even though I was connected to my home wifi. Would be fantastic otherwise. Sort it out.

I was getting on the bus. I was logged out. I logged in no tickets were valid. Whereas I only used 1 week out of the 4 I purchased. I was forced to buy a day saver. This happened to my brother as well. Not cool.

great app easy to use and navigate. but limited ticket selection I need to get all day day saver which is fine if I was in Sandwell and dudley or Coventry but I need a normal West Midlands day saver to use in Birmingham and not one I can only use between 9:30 and 3:30 this no good when travel before and after these time... offer more ticket selection

It's good but it could do with a shortcut to the ticket from the opening screen you have to click through several screen to get to the ticket which is really the whole point of the app, where there really should be a simple click option to go straight to it. You see people waiting for it to load and then having to click through to show it finally. Other than streamlining of use, its really good, started using the bus again because I don't have to carry change anymore or worry about where my ticket has gone

Where's the child option? I used the First Bus app for the Bristol area which is excellent as it offers both adult and child tickets - very disappointed - waste of time!

I really like the app for the convenience of buying my day saver but how about the option of buying a day saver to use before 09:30 and I would also find it extremely useful to be able to buy single tickets or short hops the real reasons to have to hunt out change especially when out and about and decide to jump on a bus

Way better then using the swift card. So easy to use. Does what I want for what I need without the fuss. No more worries about topping up swift or needing change.

Cant even buy adult and childs ticket at the same time. Missing out as loads of people travel with children

Useless bought wrong ticket i never activated couldnt get refund never use again u would expect more for a so called big company.get inthe 21 century WMT

Useless app and service is ridiculous when things go wrong.Bus pass disappear after taking your money.

Terrible app, unable to change my phone details after having issues, the customer service refused a refund of the duration of time I lost, never use this, crashes and then it's never fixed

Why is there not an option to add the balance to ur phone bill or take the credit off for pay as u go customers , thats why i won t use it to purchase bus tickets

The Ticket logs out after an hour! Sort this app out. I travelled to the City Centre and boarded a 2nd bus. When I got off at my stop 15 minutes later, Bus Inspectors got on and asked me to show my ticket as I got off. I found out it was logged out when I went to my ticket wallet and had to plead my case! Sort it out!

It is a good app I've suffered no problems as of yet i have a question because androids nowadays have a ultra power saving mode where you have a black and white screen, is it possible to be able to integrate it with that with greyscale colours as it would help when out of battery, i can use facebook while on it and watch videos and it takes up nothing so this would helo me back from work :p cheers though

It's OK but it should have the same ticket choices as on the bus and the same travelcard options as in the shop. I usually have children with me and it's cheaper to buy our tickets on the bus than using the app. Other than that is cool as I don't need to look for change for the bus anymore.

I would like to receive a password reminder but it's floating in the air send one effectively so I can up your star ratings

Cannot buy a day saver except for use off peak after 9:30am which isn't much use for getting to work which is the one thing I wanted to do.

Worked well on the beginning but now I'm getting issues with the timer were it disappears. Blinking in and out

Great start how about this option of auto renew? Choose a start date when you buy? Even better when all singles and all ticket options start.

App not working correctly. Glitch at top of ticket. Please fix it. I've had issues with 3 bus drivers now.

Useless if you're travelling with a child. Why would they not include child tickets in this app!
