MyCLass

MyCLass provides an alternative tool for MCL teachers to check attendance and grades of their students in a spreadsheet like way. This app also let students view their attendance and grades in their particular course.

Teacher functions:
• Add course, schedule
- This function let teachers add course along with their sections and provide a Code that enrolls student to the course. Teachers also have an option to add schedule for that specific course that will reflect to student's schedule

• Attendance and Grade checking
- This function provides easy and spreadsheet-like attendance and grade checking.

• Announcements
- Teachers can post announcement to notify students if there is a exam tomorrow, and etc

• Export
- This function exports existing grade and attendance to excel for calculations and formatting.

Student functions:
• Enroll/Unenroll course
- Enrollment code are provided by the teachers to enroll to a specific course. Students can also unenroll to a course if they enrolled to a wrong course

• View Grades, Attendance, Announcement
- Students can view grades, absences and late incurred with their dates and view announcements posted by the teacher

-Notifications
- Students will be notified if they incurred an absent for a specific course and if grade has been updated by the teacher
