Time Trainer Metronome

My fave feature is the bar breaks as it helps me strengthen my inner clock. But I feel the app is a bit buggy. It's also not very intuitive to use. Sometimes the license check keeps on failing so I have to do extra work just so I can use it.

I'm a drummer and the bar drop feature is excellent practice for making sure fills and breaks are in time. This app is a lifesaver for trading fours! There are a couple minor issues that are annoying and I'm not sure I agree with the philosophy of the 'speed upper' feature, but overall I would definitely recommend this metronome to any musician.

This same app for the IPhone was great. But the Google play version is missing so many features that the iPhone version had. I am very disappointed.

It's a great app, most accurate and consistent metronome in the Play Store. But no support from developer so 3 stars. I understand you need to make money, and the android version isn't doing it for you, but at least update the app drawer icon to an HD version.

Its okay if you wanna toss justin a bone, but I ended up downloading a free app that works in the background so I can read lyrics while playing.

Overall this is a good app but it would be better if: (1) the speed upper feature allowed the user to select a start tempo lower than 40. Why not allow the start tempo to be 20 or 30? I realize there is a workaround but would like it better to be able to put in the actual number. (2) I would like to see a timer included with the regular metronone (3) It would be good to be able to save and name a session setting. For example if I am working to speed up tempo, from one session to the next, it would be good to have a record of what I did last time so that I can remember where to start the next time.

Sounds are kinda soft. No updates since the last mention. (More than 6 months ago) There is still a difference between the ios and android version. App deleted and i'm using the paid version of pro metronome now.

I've been a drummer for almost 50 years and this is the most useful metronome I've seen. Thank you!

Just what I expected from Justin. This is a metronome that teaches you to become a better player. This was the best money that I have spent in my pursuit to learning to play the guitar.

I practise with this metronome almost every day! It's brilliant! Very convenient and useful.

I had the opportunity to try the iPhone version which is very much better. Save option missing. Waiting for an update.

seems to have all the options i would look for including pausing the speed training, but have to give 1 big star off for no ability to save the settings. there could even be a way to save automatically so the last options will be used next time. but without some way to save it is much less useful.

Perfect metronome for "practicing" musicians with useful features like a function which gradually increases the tempo...perfect for starting slowly and speeding the piece up slowly to truly master it. Many other super features!

Great with awesome training features but missing subdivisions. Subdivisions are very important for certain things.

Great trainer multiple modes. Using it to speed up my flute abilities. App works perfectly on my Google Nexus 7 tablet. Visual sometimes lags on my Samsung Galaxy Light phone, but audio works perfectly.

If the swinging arm is not in time it is just a distraction and makes staying in time harder. Fix it or remove the swinging arm completely.

Great little metronome with extra features to help learn rhythm. Nice clean and intuitive interface.

Does what is says on the tin. There are two extras I would like. 1st a timer and 2nd the screen sleep on the phone needs disabling. I've got round this by setting the screen sleep to 5 mins. I now have a 5 min timer. ;-) p.s. your website is very good.

I had the opportunity to try the iPhone version which is very much better. I have written several times to the programmer to fix the save option and to update to a better version, but I never received a response.

Was the most amazing metronome ever until recently anytime I try and open the Trainor option the app kicks me out? Please fix I've unistalled twice and it still is doing it

A lil more features in the ios version. Subdivision would be good. If it's a paid app, why aren't the features the same as the ios one?

A tool that makes developing rhythm and time at a speed that feels like cheating. Or it's just the skill of the teacher himself. Thanks again Justin! As well as the dev's for this solid product.

The Good: training modes are superb; the annoying: doesn't prevent the screen from turning off, have to use "No screen off" app or something similar. If not for the training modes, I'd use Rhythmos instead

Great features to help with timing training. I haven't seen another app with similar functions. I just wish Justin would make more Android apps.

This app is getting long in the tooth. An update is sorely needed.

Best metronome on andriod by far.

I've used several metronome apps and this is by far the best I've used. I love the "Trainer" function. A great tool to work on tempo. Justin also has a great how to video on using all the functions of the app.

I would recommend this metronome to everyone. It's very useful for practicing strumming, especially by using training modes. I love the random muting beats and increasing speed. Awesome application, I believe it is the best one available on the market. Thank you very much Justin.

The timing of this app seems to be spot on. I really like the bar break feature. My rhythm ability is really lacking, and this helps.
