Love Just For U. Used it before it was an app. I can't use the app because, Server Not Reachable. Seriously disappointed.

It won't find any stores even though I've put in many different zip codes

Says email is already in use, doubt it. This the first time i have ever signed up. Not happy, just anotjer albertsons/safeway piece of crap.

Hang tags at the store (Albertson's) instruct you to scan a bar code to get an electronic coupon. The problem is this poorly designed app does not have a scan function. In addition the coupon for the specific item is not on on the app itself either. This is the second time this has happened to me.

I loved shopping at Albertsons but now I needed the app for coupons and it cannot fine the store across the street!

Doesn't work for Tom Thumbs only Albertson's. I have a Tom Thumb and an Albertson's across the street from each other where I live and that's a Monopoly. New construction plans are under way for New business in the same area. There will be a sprouts and a whole foods, and another grocery store. Bye to both Tom Thumb and Albertson's!

It states that it cannot find my location and that the store is over 16 miles away. My Albertsons is less that a mile from my home?? It also says I cannot get fuel points. I've been getting fuel points from Holiday ever since Albertsons partnered with them. WHAT GIVES??? I am deleting this app!!

I downloaded the app while I was in the store; I even downloaded a few of the digital coupons. At the register, I entered my phone number but received no savings on the coupon items and no fuel points. I guess I will continue to shop at Smith's. Their app actually works. What a disappointment.

But the POS app tells me no participating stores in this city. What a joke. Had the same issue about a year ago when i tried to install it. Can't y'all find some decent app writers? Pretty sure SF has a few sleeping under the 101 Fwy as I type...

There are ads all over the shelves saying to get the app. SAYS NO STORES IN 200 MILES. Deleting immediately.

Difficult & extremely time consuming to use. If I have the app or card, items specially on sale for registered customers should automatically be discounted. I can't imagine my fixed income, 87 year old father, or a person with cognitive or physical function issues (like my arthritis), trying to manage this. As currently presented, unfairly penalizes differently abled and elderly persons. Also drains my battery rapidly. Please make this easier and more transparent, or lose my business.

Yes you have to wait 4 to 6 hours before the stupid app works don't download it waste of time energy just bring the paper to somewhere else.

Doesn't work for all regions, even though it's advertised in non-participating regions. The other Safeway all claims to have this built in but it doesn't work. This is so messy and confusing.

Says there are no participating stores, yet, I'm in an albertsons and the cashier is trying to give me instructions. She even said the app won't hardly work.

I downloaded this app because of the now combined Safeway/Albertsons ad stating that I need this app for some of the weekly deals. When trying to sign up, a pop-up tells me that there are "no participating locations near me". What??? I called my local albertsons to ask whether the ad process would be honored without this stupid app and was informed that if I wanted the ad prices, not only would I have to go to Safeway, I would also have to download a Safeway app! No wonder this company is sinking!

I find that looking through to items discounted takes way too much time, and the items are not what I typically buy. Would be nice if the app tracked what I purchase and show me only those deals.

I'm very unhappy my store changed from the paper coupons in the ad, to this. It says there are no stores in my area, when my albertsons is 1/2 a mile up the street. My new ad says i need this app to use the coupons, well how the f am i suppose to do that when your app doesn't work! I will no longer be taking my business here if this isn't fixed
