Justfly.com - Book Cheap Flights, Hotels and Cars

Put in certain dates, got confirmed, then dates are wrong. Once an app screws up, I take it directly to the airline. Cost almost 300 more to fix where I could have booked cheaper elsewhere had I not been subject to cancellation fees. I paid the airlines to fix, lesson learned, go with someone else.

Never had any issues with JF, their customer service is top notch. Everyone giving one star is complaining about fees, and it's clear they didn't read the terms and conditions before booking. They're clear on how it works. Book for the date you need, if you need to change, you'll be charged a fee regardless of whether you book through an airline or an OTA like Justfly.

This service is an absolute scam. Offering flight fares, only to say the promotion is outdated after you attempt to book with card info. Same flight changed price within 5 minutes again. SCAM

A con company , do not book flight with them, read reviews on line from many people they cheated. Please don't book tickets with them , save yourself trouble, headache and loosing money

This company is a SCAM do not book flights with them they have been cheating and stilling people money their work system is programmed to charge you fees they make it look like you committed a mistake and they start charging several fees even for 800 number which is supposed to be free they charge i decide to sue this company and give my feed back because i have tried too many times talking with them. They tried to charge me twice for my ticked they charged a cancellation fee and many calls that they putted me on hold for hrs. Save your self time and money and i did not even buy a ticket i was not gonna fly and they don't want to refund my money. Don't get scammed. Don't even try to use their website if you have your credit card info saved on it.

SCAM WARNING: This is a bait and switch scam. All customer data is sold to 3rd parties. Also, they will take your money, put you on a different flight and then charge you massive fees to change back.

Steer clear at any expense ! They rip you off when you need to change your dates. I have medical issues and they are asking for $616 when the airline quoted me $300...shame on you JF...google new York Times justfly

To be honest I don't have the problem others claim to have. I searched every site available and they had the exact same flight as all the others for $300 whereas the other sites had it at $379 and directly from the airline it was $400... Love this site truly worth it.

Can't speak for others. Search YouTube for my video. My mother was sick and I had to make a reservation and cancel it a couple days in a row. Justfly, followed through flawlessly on the cancellation policy and they actually had a cheaper price than everybody.

This app is a blatant front for false advertising and uses manipulative schemes to create a false impression that they actually have deals. They will list flights and prices. When you put in all your information they will then search prices again and without fail your ticket price will go up $200 to $300. This is where they make their money...if you go to the airline direct you will see the same price they advertised originally. Do not waste your time with these scammers.

This app literally just opens up to the just fly website in chrome on my phone... I don't really understand why anyone would make the app this way, it's extremely easy to just write the app so that it opens up the webpage in webview to make it look more like an app and not open chrome

Loved it. very different from others who gave a bad review about justfly i can Not say anything but they do a great job they do it for sure, and when you call them they show up very gently and always willing to help you even in the most tiny detail. Booked my trip from PDX to MDE and have nothing to say but THANK YOU JUSTFLY FOR A GREAT JOB SAVING ME MONEY AND TIME i did not have any issue the flights were perfectly booked!!!! So those who write bad reviews because of your own fault please be honest and tell the truth.

They ate my 950 dollars worse then all never get my money back they took all of my money for late 30 minutes never use the site again

Fyi, It won't even open, have HTC one m7. Do you care? I can use it fine on my Samsung J7 but it freezes everytime with my HTC.

The worse place to book your flights. Worse experience and I travel all the time, this was my first time buying from here and had to cancelled before they took my money. They leave you on hold for hours and days to resolve the issue and it don't get resolved. Worse agency ever! First and last time for me!!!

Don't book here. They made a error on my booking, when I asked them to fix the name they told me I had to pay a cancellation fee which was more than the actual flight. I got screwed out of $300 delete this app booking 022-681-191

They took my money, didnt refund me for they're error. Dont get scammed.

I clicked on one stop flight coming back wed evening at a certain price them fill out all info and get to checkout screen, there it its no ticket available then price jump....went through this process two more times. Finally just accepted price change and book it. Then a couple of days later i realize the fligjts are not non stop, there are lay overs. And im basically leaving a day early just on midnight wed. Omg i fly all the time never used just fly before, never again.

They will take your money and give you the run around.find another place to book from.

Booked a flight from LA to NYC for under 400$ for the holiday which was nice. App worked good, didn't have any problems.
