In Italia il numero di grandi imprese che hanno adottato politiche di smart working è passato negli ultimi due anni dall’8% al 30% e sono circa 250.000 i lavoratori dipendenti interessati. Lo smart working non rappresenta l’evoluzione del lavoro a distanza o del telelavoro ma implica una revisione profonda del modo di lavorare nella nostra tradizione occidentale e tayloristica. Un vero e proprio salto di paradigma. Con lo smart working infatti le persone non sono più impegnate sul compito, ma sul risultato. E la responsabilità individuale si affianca a quella dell’azienda che deve comunicare obiettivi chiari e fornire gli strumenti e le leve alle persone per il loro raggiungimento.

Molta però è ancora la confusione sul campo. Nell’utilizzo delle parole e nella definizione dei concetti, nell’impatto organizzativo e nel cambiamento del mindset manageriale, nella conoscenza del quadro normativo e delle best practice esistenti, nelle scelte tecnologiche e nella valutazione critica dei pro e dei contro collegati allo sviluppo dello smart working in azienda.

L’incontro affronterà tutti questi aspetti coinvolgendo alcune tra le più rilevanti imprese italiane e multinazionali che hanno sviluppato negli ultimi anni esperienze dirette di smart working.

In Italy the number of large enterprises that have adopted smart working policies passed in the last two years from 8% to 30% and approximately 250,000 employees concerned. The non-working smart is the evolution of the remote or telework job but requires a major overhaul of the way we work in our Western tradition and Tayloristic. A real paradigm shift. With the smart working people are in fact no longer engaged on the task, but on the result. And individual responsibility joins the company which is to communicate clear goals and provide the tools and levers to people to achieve them.

Many, however, is still confusion in the field. In using the words and the definition of concepts, organizational impact, and in the change of the managerial mindset, knowledge of the regulatory framework and existing best practices in technological choices and the critical evaluation of the pros and cons related to the smart development working in the company.

The meeting will address all these aspects involving some of the most important Italian and multinational companies that have developed in recent years direct experience of working smart.
