Sick people, sick app. Payment portal doesn't work correctly. It deducted my amount n didn't create the order. And the app says two hour delivery, but delivery team calls n says they will deliver after 6 hours. And also the flavour you ask for will not be available. Such a waste of time. Don't install this app. Don't go to Just bake.

Not a Good app. Doesn't give you even the slightest of idea while selecting an item as what would happen next. You are unpleasantly surprised.

Payment portal doesnt work. What you order is not available at last moment and you have to live with pineapple or black forest choices only

First have option of delivery confirmation to the place.doedt have option of choosing any other product.after payment and order confirmation they will cancel the order

These guys are absolutely bad at delivering cakes online.........But they are good at misleading customers ....

I ordered one day before but 1) Prepayment on online failed, App didn't support. 2) Cake was supposed to be delivered next day at chosen slot in evening and got order ID via SMS and mail when booked. 3. No way to track the status of the order. 4. No call or intimation from Just Bake next day evening 5. I tried calling customer care and one number is OOO and other number is unattended. 6. Mailed customer care but no reply. 7. Delivery time passed but no cake. 8. Ordered cake from another shop

I have ordered the cake and paid the amount online. At the time of delivery they again collected the amount. For refunding the amount they are taking more than two days to come and give the amount back. The delivery person just simply lying that my mobile number was switched off when i received so many calls at the same time. The person at the Marathahalli branch of Bangalore is very rude while responding. Very very poor, so better don't install this crap app

We need to follow up for our order and the taste was worst .. Not even the flavor I ordered

I have ordered a cake week back. I did not get any confirmation regarding my order and more over there is no number for enquiry about our order. Faltoooooo app. Please do not download.

After filling whole information with address and all app is crashing at end it happend 4-5 times ,I am not able to place order..

No option to track, cancel or set the delivery date.. Celebration happens on a fixed date in this world. Which planet you are from?

Very good cakes and service is very good. Only during New Year we did not got the order. We called and got our money back in 3 days. Really appreciate for quick refund.

They refuse to deliver my cake post payment. Spoiled my anniversary party

I ordered cake in justbake app...I got an mail that order is confirmed.but customer service numbers is not getting connected.i contacted local just bake there is no response..please recommend to do not order in justbake..THEY DON'T KNOW THE VALUE Of CELEBRATION.....

I placed 2orders today(30-06-2016)My order id is JDAPPSD00152/153. I waited for 5hrs they didn't contact me so I called to customer care they said contact to nearest store. I call to nearest store they said your order is not placed yet. So I ordered through call don't waste time and money. Call directly to your nearest store

I called to my nearest store and ordered again. Don't download this app. Its waste of time. Its best to order from nearest stores. Its also waste to give this one star

Ordered 4 days before and did not receive cake on day of delivery. tried to call just bake but no reply as well. Basically a pathetic service. They do not know the meaning of birthdays and celebration. I recommend you find another service as it is a total waste of time and money

Very bad service. Ordered the cake and when ask for the status No proper response. After big fight Cake was delivered at 9pm in the night.
