Junglee team has gone mad they just removed the search option after the update

I am a small seller but got a chance to sell on big portal like Amazon. Junglee........ great app by Amazon , very responsive, sold many items but I have only issues with pick up and delivery department, they will not come to pick up the parcels as per the scheduled time, delay in updating So few orders have been cancelled automatically due to delay in updating without my fault , please improve pick up and delivery service, do some new process for pick up, otherwise it is great app for individual seller .and special thanks to seller support till now they have solved my many issues, thanks Amazon for this opportunity, good luck

Just the perfect app to sell your used products.

Courier pick up service is pathetic. No one will show up to pick the product as per the schedule. They are also bad at taking action against any concern or complaint raised by the seller. Folks, pls don't waste your time with this app and better try you luck to sell the used products on some other apps.

My last book sale was a few months back on Junglee by Amazon and I was disappointed in the pickup which was delayed and confused and so was the delivery to buyer. However I must admit that they have really improved their pick up and service. In December, I sold 2 books and was pleasantly surprised as the pickup and delivery was on time and also extremely professional. Great job. Keep it up

I would want to rate it 1/2 if the option was there.. Such a pathetic app for sellers courier ppl will never turn up.. Orders have been cancelled without my fault! customer support is of no use they just say complaint has been raised but no actions taken.. Please don't get cheated by posting ur adds here!!!

Location selection option is not working and stays stuck as Bangalore. Have Received Several Buying requests From Other states although It works only within states. Kindly fix the location and selling features.

The customer service is pathetic..they just send you messages about how they will fix the problem but never do..the pickup info is never provided..so whenever the delivery guy comes to pickup the item you are selling he doesn't have all the data about the postage..also the location is always stuck to Bangalore so many buyers are not able to buy my product..it is just one pathetic service that Amazon is providing us! Doesn't even deserve 1 star

Need update since some pin codes not able to buy the products shows message sorry to deliver.

A very easy to use app .. u can sell locally only but if he rates are good n product pic is good then orders are for sure.. thank u Amazon

No one came timely to pickup old book. Why they started this company. Very bad service

This app contains some bugs which needs to be fixed it stops responding sometimes , sometimes automatically shuts down .No problem with anything else it's great app other than this .

Search option sucks, horrible classification.
