About GV Outbound Call Log Repair

This application's primary function is to correct outbound call entries in your phone's native call log history that were placed using Google Voice.

Some devices like the Samsung Galaxy S III, Samsung Galaxy Note II, and HTC Nexus 4 have been known to show a Google "Relay" number in the call history instead of the actual number you dialed.

If you use Google Voice and are having this issue, this utility is for you.

Works well when it works but it crashes my phone multiple times a day

Works great. Does what GV should have done.

If you have a Galaxy SIII (SGH-T999), don't buy this app. It does not work. I contacted Jumpsquares tech support who responded the first time quickly, but said "it should work." They did not respond to subsequent emails from me.

Just a touch laggy but does solve the problem many people have been having with messed up outgoing call logs due to Google voice and the S3

Just crashes when you try to login

Fantastic app! This was a huge pain point and a very frustrating part of this phone. For the people worried about security, enable two-factor auth and then just use an application password; easy and secure.

This app does one thing, and does it perfectly as described - 5 Stars for the app functionality. BUT itself crashes all the time, and now it has begun to crash my phone causing a reboot. With this new phone crashing thing, if I was somebody considering buying this app, I cannot recommend purchasing it UNTIL THE DEVELOPER FIXES THE CRASHING ISSUE. The phone crashing issue has become more annoying than the outbound call log full of random numbers. Here's what happens: When the app crashes, it freezes the phone for 20-30 seconds. It doesn't matter what your doing in any app at the time, then for no apparent reason, everything freezes, then I get a little error message "GV Outbound Call Log has Crashed" (something close to those words). I ignore it, & the app restarts on it's own at some point behind the scenes & continues working. But now since a recent T-Mobile firmware update, this app crashes so hard that my phone reboots itself after the 20-30 second penalty. Developer - Fix Your App & I'll give 5 Stars My Phone: T-Mobile SGH-T989 Android Version: 4.04 Baseband T989UVL14, Kernel: 3.0.8-perf-1190554 se.infra@SEPT-39 #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Jan 14 23:03:19 KST 2013

This is awesome and I wish I would have found it sooner. It has been a real annoying pain dealing with my call log all out of whack like it's been. This app is simple and requires nothing more than your google account, no other configs of any kind needed. Hopefully they don't do anything weird with my account info though. I am very impressed how quickly and easily it worked. Can't understand why GV is unable to resolve this problem with there billions of dollars in resources. Especially when it affects some of the most popular Android phones of the day like the SGS3 which I have. Nice one Jumpsquares just make sure and secure my account info please.

Just installed and so far it is working. I was a little hesitant about providing my Google account info, but hopefully this company has scruples and will not do anything devious with my info... O_o Also, a little curious to see how this performs battery-wise since it runs in the background and says it updates every 30 seconds. The dev's website appears to not exist or is currently down (connection timed out) so no help there.

Call log entries are not updating on my T-Mobile S3, running CM 10.2 RC1. When I save my credentials, hit the back button and reopen the app, the credentials fields are empty; not sure if that's intentional. Dev's home page isn't working either.

This thing doesn't work. It doesn't do anything. I have a Galaxy S3 and it doesn't save my password it also doesn't fix any of the entries... So whats the deal!

Thank you to the people whom are responsible for this. My call log is finally accurate. I use GV as my only number and I use it to make outgoing and incoming calls. It's very difficult and frustrating not having the information of who I called. In case your wondering, the log shows the contact's name but shows something like: "Mobile - Georgia" even if the number was a local number. For example I live in Massachusetts and I called a Massachusetts telephone landline. I can live with that. As long as it says the contacts name, I am 100% satisfy for a couple dollars. :) Thanks again!

Good app which fixes the Galaxy S3 4.1 Touchwiz call log issue for GV users. Apparently Samsung fixed it in 4.2 but for the time bring this is a good alternative.

When I initially installed, it did not work on my SGS three. However they were very responsive to me and it is now working based on the load on Google play now. It even went back and updated all of my old calls to the correct call number. I'm very happy with it.

M70%

It works and solve the out bounding call logs issue with Samsung Note II. Just hope it change the number back to actual faster. It can take up to 1 minute or more to change the correct out bound number!

The app does what it claims to do on my Note 2 SGH-T889. I had to enter my Google password, that is, it asked for my Google Voice Account Settings. That concerned me greatly and I almost didn't use it. But I did try it and it does fix the call log. After I entered my Google information, I pressed the "Save Changes" button, and it didn't do anything. The screen didn't change or anything, so I wondered if I worked or not. I does, but I had to exit the app to check. Occasionally it does force close. Occasionally new calls are not fixed, but if I open and close this app they are fixed. After three days these are the only issues.
