B123 Selfie Cam Editor

This has been the best photo editing app I have ever used on a mobile phone or tablet. Currently I use the Galaxy S4. Not once has Photo Editor's performance been subpar. The scale of the editing you can do is staggering; every Effect has sliders to adjust the amount it affects the photo. The ability to insert images and text is bar-none. It is exciting to learn,I am still finding new interesting ways to use this. For fun download an app called Eraser for photoshop goodness akin to a full PC.
