Very glitchy, tempremental. Freezes on shut down, fails to authenticate even on secure, previously used wifi. Does not recognise password in spite of having logged in with the same password with no error 30 mins prior

Had problems with App being very buggy, freezing, shutting down. Spoke to the Helpline, downloaded new version of the App on 1 May, and it is still terrible. The problems do not appear to have been fixed.
