Couch to 5K Free for Android
Alert (sound and vibration) fails at the end of intervals. Happens when screen is set not to go off too.
Easy to use but doesn't keep intervals well. The beep is not consistent. Works only about half the time. Have to keep looking at phone.
If you have to pause it for some reason, when you start it back up it starts to skip sections.
It does not beep at each interval so i have to keep watching the screen...
No prompts for when the time is up or to change pace.
So simple to use...no frills......Feel too big to jog in public so swapped for bottom 2 stairs until I can breath without going purple! . Wanted to stop with 7 mins left but guilt set in....Feel invigorated and lookin forward to day 2... this may change in week 2 so not looking ahead for next workout
Today was my first day using this app so I started on "Week 1, Day 1." The description of the run said to expect 1 minute of running followed by 90 seconds of walking; however, the run prompts were actually set for 1 minute runs and 75 second walks. Odd, but I survived. I was also disappointed that there was no prompt after the session was complete to enter info about the run (level of difficulty, distance, speed, etc). The app got me onto the treadmill and running so it did do that successfully.
Good app bt my own styl is better
Keeps crashing. Unistaling.
If i wanted to look at my cell all the time, then i would not waste my time with an app.
Helped me. But hard
No frills, easy to use. I hate running, but this helped me to build up in easy stages & I'm about to start week 5! Perfect for beginners, who want to get moving. Thanks for that!

I used this same app a couple of years ago and it worked great. I could play my music, and I could still hear all of the prompts telling me when to walk and run. This time around not so. The prompts only happened when they felt like it. I thought it was because it didn't work with the music app I was using, but the prompts didn't even go when all other apps were closed out.
