I bought this app years ago. Suddenly i had to realize that everything has been removed from the app, and made a separate app with ads again. I didn't paid for that. What the hell the creator was thinking?! If someone tries to force a product on me, i just ignore it. Like now. Thank you JRummy, if i could ask for a refound after years..... If you know what i mean.

What happened!!!???? So many features paid for, just to be removed and replaced with links to other apps... Useless right now. Please fix this JRummy :'( or at least use a more reputable store (f-droid?) Really not happy paying £8 for nothing essentially

Have used this app for years for various reasons with different ROMs and devices. *edit 3/10/18: used to love this app with root privileges but they removed one of the most useful features (app manager, but left irrelevant options), so I deleted the app. Shame, used to be a must-have app that I paid for, now it's useless.

Was a great app! I echo the recent comments here. Maple Media has ruined the app for the users. Where did the App Manger disappear to? What does "we tried with Google" mean? Why the past tense? Is the App Manger coming back or not? If not, remove it from the screenshots. Also, will the previous version in the link mentioned be updated? Please let us know.

Once upon a time I gave this 5 stars but it slowly turned into a useless app. Now it's full of ads for other file browsers etc. They've slowly removed everything useful that I originally paid for this app to use. The lite version is just as good as the pro now. ABSOLUTELY Worthless do not buy! was once the best app to have for a power user now I won't recommend it... Uninstalling this and won't be back. Sad day... We need a full functioning app to sideload! Please help us out JRummy

Was great but why do we need three file managers in menu? And need to DL, seems like it is now just one big add for other apps to Download.

Update 17 march 2018: the app got bought by Maple, and they removed the app manager. I need a download to the old ROM toolbox because this is NOT what i paid for. This is trash of the highest order; maple just wants to split up the functionality of the original app and sell the parts off as separate apps. Pretty sure this violates the google play policy.

Used this forever, then they removed the ONE feature I used, App Manager, and it's nowhere else to be found. Bad move. Also, no startup receivers detected on Android 8.1.x. Useless now so uninstalled

Latest update they removed the App Manager feature (as seen in screenshots). I will no longer be using this app and I think other people should NOT be buying this app as they appear to be removing features with newer updates. Update: Two months later and now they also removed the built-in File Manager and link to their own file manager Google Play links in the store. Uninstalled. The company took something good and is constantly removing additional features.

Since the "freeze apps" functionality has been removed, this app has lost some of its appeal. Now that it's gone, uninstalling this app and executing the pm commands directly it shall be.

Was a great app, but now as must of the users like me who bought it because of the app manager and its gone, seen a link where you point to the free version, but why the ad version, please provide the link to a version pro, use licenses and send those to the people who paid like me. And Google cab go to...

Perfect application but App Manger not work in android 6 and android 7. Can you fix this issue? It is very important to fix this feature.

Where did the app manager go ?? I used this app to freeze a couple of apps. Now I can't defrost them because the app manager is gone! Why would you remove that feature with the latest update ??

This app used to be pretty great but it is outdated and the developer even removed some features. For example apps manager is not available anymore which had app backup + cloud upload support.

Rubbish now. I'm not sure what happened but this isn't the app I paid money for a few years back. This was always my go-to for backups, app management, ROM management, etc but I have started looking for an alternative app since I can't even manage my apps anymore with ROM toolbox. We shouldn't have to pay additional money because the developer decided the app needed to be overhauled. I won't be giving anymore money to this developer in the future for other apps.

Why removed the App Manager and you still shamelessly post a screen shot of it as if it were included in this so called Pro version? I bought this app many years ago just for that reason! This is so frustrating! Your app is now a waste of space and resources. Are you still going to bring back the App Manager? I've patiently waited update after update but none! Because if not I will just uninstall and will just consider that I've just been ripped off by JRummy. And if that would be the case, shame on you!

Removed App Manager, the one feature I used, and added three file managers when I already have Root Explorer. Wish I could downgrade.

I've used and loved this app for years, however, the most recent update that removed the app manager. That feature was the best part of this app. It seems the developer is aware of the displeasure this caused and is working on a solution. It really is a fantastic app, so please give it a shot once the developer can update it to fit within Google's policies. P.S. If you're the developer and reading this, is it possible to revert to a prior version? If so, PM me if possible. Either way, love the app, used it for years, don't let the negativity get you down. Devs understand. <3

Been using this for years. My favorite most often used toolbox. What happened to the APP MANAGER, the backup options, freezing, cloud, etc.? Fix this and you will get back the 5 stars. Fortunately I restored a backup. Won't be updating this until I'm assured it's been fixed. Latest version is USELESS and NO, I'm not pleased with the stripped out app manager. Used to be you got what you paid for. Not anymore, apparently.

Has been a great app in the past, but WHERE'S THE APP MANAGER!!! What's worse is that you cannot DL an older Pro version even though you paid for it. Emailed the dev a few days ago and have not got a response.

The built-in root browser no longer allows editing files wuth rb text editor... This app is officially useless. WAS a great app, but maple media has ruined it. The app manager feature was removed... It's one of the biggest draws to the app and the reason I paid 6 DOLLARS for it.

Why offer other apps when this apps purpose it to provide all in one. Im very disappointed your taking a different route. Ill take the RB Editor though. As for all else i dont need 30 apps i need a multi tool

Something happened during the last update. Lost App Manager across two different devices rooted two different ways with two different Android versions. Old Rom Toolbox .apk fixed it. Bug. Nowhere else to report it. Sorry. Thanks for the reply, McKenna. Turned off Auto-update for now. Keep us updated. Thought I was losing my marbles.

This has been an absolute must-have for me for years. I primarily used it for app management (freeze, uninstall, backup etc), especially the in-depth app permissions management that allowed for real hardcore wake-lock etc. management. I am extremely disappointed with the newest update that removed app management completely! What the mathing math, jrummy?! You've been my an hero for years... Now I'm sad.

Development has moved from jrummy to Maple media which has removed some of the best features and are slicing the app apart and distributing it as links to download their other apps and are COVERED in ads. I am looking for a replacement for what used to be a masterpiece, if it wasn't over 5yrs ago that I bought this app I'd be looking for a refund.

Was good until app manager is removed silently. If the developer reads this review please tell us when this problem can be fixed. Also give us a way to revert to the old apk with app manager.

I couldn't live without it - until the App manager was removed. There are better file management apps but I really relied on the app manager so it had been worth the purchase - no longer.

This has been a great app for many years but for the last 6 months over the last couple phones I'm not able to find the app manager. Has this feature been removed or is there some other reason why I can't find it anywhere within the app.

Would be great if all the functions actually worked, cpu controls won't stick, task manager doesn't show ANY tasks, the only thing that actually seems to do anything is shutting of the ad networks on apps, used to be great when I bought it, seems like it's been abandoned now.
