ALCATEL ONETOUCH BOOMBAND LIFE

When I finished the setup everything works fine, then as I walk farther nothing has changed in the display as well as in the other infos.

I just bought an Alcatel one touch x + and it unable to pair with my device. What should I do ?

No communication with Google fit, band shows I have met my target but only graphics shoes real number of steps. While graphic shows over 8K steps, steps numbers are at 17 (not 17K, just 17). By the way, it keeps teasing me off to "keep fighting" in the notification. graphics are poor since it doesn't contain all the details and steps number. Felt like I've wasted my money on this band.

My boomband's charging cradle is lost. Where can I buy a new charging cradle.

What de use of boomband life if it cant detect it own device... I've bought a idol x plus yesterday... U have try to connected my boomband to the app but wont connect very disapointing.....

not sure if it is clear from apps description and user manual but history is limited just to 31 days without any possibility to export/save data. This should be improved/fixed. Also with Android 5.* it doesn't show correctly distance in the main screen.

Aesthetically pleasing user interface just a shame about the rest Step counter jumps up and down. I walked 1m this am and it tells me I've done 9 steps, but when I double tap the band 4 lights flash up (meaning I've nearly completed the days goal) can't find any tech support online this is totally pants!can't trust the sleep monitor or the alarm seeing as this device doesn't live up to its basic pedometer function....

See if its not working in hand the band is there wear it in leg and start jogging or running with your mobile in pocket the steps will be correct and start the day with healthy food and health activities

What's the purpose of the app if it doesn't count the steps? Thanks for messing up!

Absolutely not working for newer Androids. Wrist band shows me over 10.000 steps but companion app just 10 steps. Poor synchronisation.

I am pissed off by this app the application doesn't count steps my boomband says target completed and the app shows no steps taken after a certain number of steps it stops counting and remains the same please FIX this ASAP

Step counting seems ok with the graph, but the count displayed is very less. Should have been a mere sum of all data shown on the graph. Needs to be fixed. Cant be used at this state.

As other noted, after a while (usually when the app crashes, FCes or the BT disconnects) the overall step counting stops working thus rendering the daily goals useless ... What is weirder is that data is still recorded (as the daily graph shows) it's just like the dev wasn't clever enough to perform a simple sum. Otherwise, sleep tracking is mostly okay as well as silent alarms. Would need serious bugfixing. Again, as others said, Google Fit integration and/or data export wouldn't hurt. This feels like bet software, not like something you use with a released product you can buy with "real money" ... sorry Alcatel, try again.

Lots of problems, step-count changes randomly, differs from band reading, reinstalling app resets counter but band keeps real progress... this app needs a mayor re-do to make the band any useful.

It seems it counts the steps but the app can not display it at all. Unusable in this state :(

It keeps crashing on my oneplus one..Please fix..I broke my Idol X+ and this band is useless if I can't use it with any other phone..

I bought a device that would fit with the requirement of the boomband life. Sadly, even with 4.4 kitkat and BT 4.0 ,the boomband life won't be able to find my device. Needs improvement

A integration with Google FIT would be great, and the stability of the app could be improved. A noticed a few crash's and disconections and the distance betwen phone and boomband was never more then a couple steps. Nexus 5 w/ Android 5.0.1. Edit : after first day doesnt count the steps at all. ( connected to boomband) Edit 2.0 : after more days realized that it count the steps wrong.

Steps not tracking but sleeps tracks flawlessly. Note: steps track for a short time and the suddenly become's zero have no idea how it works

Device seems to be promising, however at this moment the Boomband Life application has very limited compatibility. On OnePlus One the app is crashings while it is starting up - the Boomband device can't be used at all.

Steps counted on the graph but not on the summary section. Disappointing.

Band works as it should, questionable accuracy but it's cheap. App needs fixing. Keeps force closing because BT is off, if left on band battery lasts less than a full day.
