Fairly simple and easy way to go!

I booked with a voucher that worked in the app but my confirmation states another price. Tried to call 3 different numbers in different countries and whatsapped 2 different. No one answers. I made a profil and get no confirmation. I can't see my booking details and don't know how to cancel now. First and last time booking here! Very disappointing!

I received an email confirming my booking, it stated it was all the way complete. The next day when I am to check in I receive an email stating my booking is not confirmed and that the hotel has ran out of the room type I reserved and asked do I want to pay for an upgrade. Being that I was visiting from the US and had limited Internet access this could have turned into a huge problem. Luckily I was able to work directly with the hotel.

Before in jovago there was thousands of hotels in Pakistan but now only few hotels in karachi also too much expensive, where is hotels of Hydrabad, Sukkur, Quetta and other Pakistani cities? Please fix it.

I booked for an hotel through this app and made a payment to their GTB account. On getting to the hotel the manager or receptionist did not even know of my booking. I called Jumia travel to speak to the manager and they could not agree on payment. I have to pay again at the hotel without discounts and up till now I have not gotten my refund. I have called and called. I have also send several emails. Hotel Ng is the way forward. Bring back Jovago

I had a little hitch with the booking although it was sorted. I guess it's a communication gap between the parties involved.

Guys, you have to check this great app out because it does great job. You don't have to go through any stress to look for hotel.

Get alerts for discounts only for them to be invalid. ALWAYS!! Customer service unhelpful.

Your call center is a bit chaotic and noisy. But the service is convenient.

Works fine. The offline service is the thing. No way to automatically confirm your booking, you need to make phone calls, send emails etc. All in all, its still a very convenient method of searching, selecting and paying for hotel service.

Pretty cool app, easy to use. But almost placed me in trouble when I got to the hotel I had booked and the attendant were oblivious (or acted oblivious of the app existence). I had to pay there standard rate which was more than times 2 of my app booking amount.

I used it while stuck in Dar es salaam and I got sorted out.
