Joss and main needs to do better, sooner. Why offer the app if it doesn't work?! Your app developer should have fixed this immediately. Dont cater only to iPhone users!

Recent update no crashes. Great story!

I love J&M but the app isn't even usable. Too big to fit my screen with no resizing options. I deleted it and will use website until update.

Keep error, duplicate provider. I don't have the app on my phone, I did once before, please fix it!

Will NEVER use again. Found item I wanted to get.. Said it was in stock, ordered it and was gives a delivery date of about a week.. Two days later got an email stating shipping had been delayed.. It would ship in 3 MONTHS.. Uh, no thank you!

Don't know what they fixed but every time I try to do the update it ask me to do, I get a message saying the app can't be installed to try again later, still not working, same message every time. A shame, I love their website and items etc but the app must be bad if even the update to fix the app is messed up.

Navigation is horrible. Lacking basic features (e.g. unable to zoom in on product image). Will not let me sign in. Just keeps sending me a password reset email every time I try tolog in.

Does the company even read this?? The app worked great when I used Apple and I spent a lot on your site. However, it is horrible on Android!!When finished looking at an item you have to back completely out of app and restart to see another. Very frustrating! Also needs a love save option.

This app used to be REALLY frustrating to use at least on android. The latest updates have seemed to fix a few bugs like having to back out to the main page after opening an item's detailed page. I would like to see the love button added to save items while viewing in the app!

I placed an order using this app and the order never went through! I was pretty mad because the items I ordered weren't available the next day when I discovered the order problem. Unless it is just my phone, it is poorly designed. There is no easy way to view your "loves" or basic account info.

I am not seeing other complaints about this, so it's possible I'm just not able to find it, but I can't find a way to search products on the app! The iphone app worked much better but the android version seems worthless if there is no way to search. Unstalling and will just use the website in the future. I have no time to just randomly browse featured product categories. If I am shopping for something I need to be able to search for the item or the app is useless to me!

I keep hoping you'll fix the navigation issues (can't go back to list after clicking item detail) but to no avail. It is a huge turn-off and sends me straight to OKL every time. Not sure if you aren't understanding our complaints or if this is a difficult bug to fix? Seems pretty straightforward so wondering why it just isn't fixed already.

I love this app and their website, and products. I think the organization, Web layout and design is superior. However it works beautifully on a computer or apple ipad, and is buggy and poorly designed for android. 5 stars if this is fixed for android. I miss smooth scrolling

Nothing I ordered has even been in decent condition. Everything is low quality. The app suck as well, you can't look at an item without having to exit and re eneter. There's no place to review products either, probably because they would all be awful. Things take weeks to deliver! And to schedule a return is even worse! Spare your time, money and energy!

Just signed up, sooo many awesome items I have never seen before! And their low prices are outstanding!!!!! An exciting shopping experience!

What happened? App stopped working and will not open. I'd uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still does not work. Joss and Main, you're missing out on potential revenue!

Kept shutting down, can't scroll without it taking you back to the top and resetting search sort preference.... I want to use this app but not even worth having on my phone!

Like everyone else, it seems, this app stopped working for me after the last update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Not working.

Seems to be a common problem for months...can only look at one item then I have to exit. Happens on mobile web version too.

It crashes constantly, won't load images smoothly, freezes during scrolling, after a few minutes will go back to main logo page... Very frustrating and disappointing!

I keep hoping it will finally be fixed but I'm about to give up. Scrolling after opening an item is impossible there is a bug described by many people already in these reviews.

Your app. Is extremely difficult to shop with. I.ages rarely load, the screen constantly switches between shopping and home page image, and it is very slow! I would love to shop with your app but I do think have time to waste with all the issues!

This app is pretty much useless. There are way too many flaws. Disappointing.

The app needs a good developer to tell it what to do and how to manage with the menor issues it runs into, the app irself needs to be redesigned for the images to remain stable, once we scroll down we lose it, The only reason why I did not hate it is because I like the concept, but the app needs a lot of work

I am a professional online shopper and shop a lot! This site is horrible to navigate. Also, I have several items in my cart, but it doesn't allow me to remove them. Sad, I like the products, but the site overall is such a challenge, that I'd rather shop elsewhere.

Any time i click on an item then return to the list of items, it freezes. Won't scroll up or down. Have to end the app and reopen

Seemed to work well for one sale and then completely buggy for the next. The images don't load or the default peacock shows up.

If I click on a picture to look at a product, I cannot go back to shopping without having the restart the whole app.

I can't scroll and if I look at something, it takes me all the way to the top of the page. One bug may have been fixed but there are others. This is an awful app for a great store!

Whenever I try to take a screenshot, so I can show an item to my husband, the App kicks me out. Then you have to scroll forever to find the item again.

Navigation is horrible. If I change the sort to something other than 'Featured', the app freaks out and suddenly the pictures do not match the descriptions. Select a specific product, it shows up briefly and then changed to what that item would have been if the sort was set to 'Featured'. Just bizarre.

Like app and the products but when I select an item to look at details you hit back button it flashes from logo to recent search back to logo back to recent search non stop so u cant do anything but close app and re open!

This app does not show up properly on android. Will be uninstalling.

The app stops working if you want to go back to a previous screen - so then you basically have to start your search all over. Love your stuff, the app is very frustrating. Please fix.

I like that i can easily view all of the sales, but, like the mobile site, you can't "love" items and go back to it. Because of this, i put an item in my cart, which was automatically ordered. I had to call to cancel an order I didn't place.

I can't get set up. I tell it I forgot my password to try and reset it and it keeps asking for the password. Circular logic... won't be shopping here if I can't log in.
