How It Works:
Famfinder Family Locator is secure and easy to use.
· Launch Family Locator App
· Tap on the + icon to add a contact name or number
· Scroll left and right on the map to select a family member you want to locate
· Select “Enable Location Exchange”. Note that in order to see someone’s real-time GPS location, you must also share your location with that person
· Tap for a few seconds on the profile picture to delete a family member, add a profile picture or assign a pink or blue balloon
· Tap on a family member you want to locate then on the refresh button on the top right corner of the map. You will be asked to confirm that you agree to share your GPS location information.
· Zoom in on the map to see a more accurate location
· The last time your GPS location was requested by a family member will be displayed

How does this work? After installing it and adding a person, they receive a message to install the app. They install it and enter their phone number in the app and enter a code generated by the app. Then that's it. We both do the same thing and nothing happens but just stays on the add a member screen and can bring up the edit member screen; that's it. Don't know how this is really working for others or how it is gettng a 5* rating, good grief!!!

Way off on locations of family members. Sometimes won't update their location for several hours at a time. Currently showing my brother 45 miles away when he's already arrived at his destination

Horrible app its never accurate and does not find the person till 5 minutes later and when it does find them its inaccurate. I have uninstalled and installed the app several times and its the same thing! They need to really upgrade this app!

Where are the setting options? The only option is change the color of the balloon to blue or pink. Wow! No option for history, send message, send alert, add frequent places....or and I missing something? My Droid Rzr is finding my daughter very close to where she is but her Nexus has me 20 miles away, and the phones are sitting right next to each other. Keeping my Life 360!!!

Well.... I download this app and I think it will be great so.... on the start...... needing a code which will be sent on my SMS.... well..... why my code didnt show up.... I mean.... I dont receive anything..... it already takes 10 minutes.... Could you help me

The app has been pretty good so far. But has some issues, and once they're resolved I'll give five stars: 1. Should decrease location radius (be more exact and give an address. 2.Should give more settings options 3.Show a history 4. Have a line from starting point to every location. (So I can see where they've went)

After installation it was working fine then it wont add contacts even they have this app. Then I tried reinstalling it but now I cant register my phone number. I already got diff codes but it always says to enter a valid code. Now I already registered it but always' force closes. What can I do? Thank you.
