I want a refund, the app doesn't work

2 earthquakes close to me and all app says is unable to fetch

Doesn't tell me fast enough. Still a 10 min delay

FALSE ADVERTISING! Purchasing Pro is supposed to allow alerts and Remove Ads. Ads are still present!

We had a quake of 2.9 last night 16 miles from where I live and I did not get an alert! Thinking I've wasted my money on paying for pro ????????

People who enjoy the basic Alerter can benefit from the extra Pro customizations. Thank you for developing this interesting and helpful app.

The app developer does not respond to queries on faults with the paid version of his app.

Nice when it works, but seems to choose when to. I'll see a news blip about a quake and check the viewing app and it'll be there, within my parameters but no alert on this app. Not always but often enough to not trust this paid app.

I can not get this app to sound an alert. I paid extra money so I could get alerts I could hear. We have earthquakes sometimes daily and with my old iPhone I had a wonderful ( different app ) that did this. I wish someone would fix this

I have mine set to the local area. Apparently that extends out to a radius of 500 miles. It's too bad they don't give you the option of setting the distance when magnitude. I would rate it 5 stars of they did.

A little confusing to set up, but it does work once you figure it out. The developer welcomes suggestions and actually responds!!

Used to give this five stars. Cannot contact or get reply from developer. Pro worked great until recently. Cannot get rid of pop up ads. Reinstalled multiple times. Still nada. C'mon Josh, help me out here.

I can not get this app to sound an alert. I paid extra money so I could get alerts I could hear. We have earthquakes sometimes daily and with my old iPhone I had a wonderful ( different app ) that did this. I wish someone would fix this

We had a 4.0 earthquake 75 miles from my home at 7:01 a.m. I got an alert about it at 9:43 a.m. and it said it was a 3.0 earthquake. When I clicked on the (very tardy) alert it took me into the parent app where it showed the correct info for this quake. I am not impressed. I thought I paid money for the pro version to get better alerts, not slower and more inaccurate alerts. I have a friend who got the same alert at 9:51 and it had 2.7 on it, so not even consistent alerts among subscribers.

I even mailed the developer as advised, but absolutely no response. Gah, I can't stand advertising and I hoped this would take care of it.... Great app otherwise. C'mon dev!

I did not get an alert for a nearby 3.3 earthquake. In my city, but got an alert for a 3.5 in Oklahoma and it said that this is something the pro version does so please buy when I have already purchased. Wasted money.

I stopped receiving alerts for about a month now. ? Any reason? I Uninstalled installed still nothing. I even purchased the pro still nothing.

Set my location and magnitude had 4 quakes and was not notified of any. Please check and look for solution. It did work before last updates

I like this app, especially the Pro customization. Unfortunately, buying the Pro version doesn't stop the ads. If it did, I'd give it a 5 again.

just waste of ur money. living in area where more than once earthquake take place in a day and never get alert.

I used to get alerts but we had a 4.9 last night off the coast...nothing. had to physically open the app to see one I knew had occurred. Sorta defeats the purpose of any "alert" system

I paid for this to receive alerts, it does not work! !!! I emailed twice on feedback from the app, they did not reply nor did they fix it!!!

Very big delay in the actual earthquakes and alarms. Min delay 30 to 45 min. Not recommended

The app is late like half an hour i felt the earthquake 20 mins ago and i am not notified yet abot it

Two icons one app don't make no sense.

From the very first cell phone that allowed apps to be downloaded I have always had this one on all of my phones and tablets. To me it is a no Brainer to pay for the pro version. Never have any issues with these people. Job WELL DONE

Since I changed my phone and the update to Android 6.0.1, it's very difficult to set zones. A long click just doesn't work. All other apps work well. Samsung Galaxy S6.

I live in southern California where we have tons of earthquakes a day! I set the alert to 2.0+ and it worked for 2 days then after that nothing! We just had a 4.1, 2.9, 2.5 in the past 30 minutes here in southern California and nothing!

Waste of money doesn't work at all.where i live there is 2 to 5 earthquake every day but didn't get any alert or new update. Won't recommend to anyone. Would be great to have refund.

This app has a nice interface, but once I've set my filter for notifying me of earth quakes, it hasn't notified my once in four weeks. I know for a fact there has been earth quakes in the area I have my filter set to... It's very frustrating. Am I doing something wrong? This app does not work at all, such a shame I wasted my money
