The State of Jordan is currently under the 1952 constitution, which was adopted during the reign of King Talal bin Abdullah, and is one of the latest constitutions in the world, and the most democratic and has passed the Constitution (in its current form) stages three, namely: the Constitution in 1928 (which was known to the Basic Law), and the 1947 Constitution, and the Constitution of 1952.
