This app is for coffee enthusiasts, not recommended for casuals. The calculator portion of this app can help you find the exact amount of beans and water to use for your specific ratio of grams of water to grams of beans. You can select multiple different units for each category.
Once you have done that you can then set the time if you want to, it will create a countdown timer that will activate the phone's alarm once it is finished.
You can also save the coffee into your log to track it. If you think the coffee is too bitter write it in the comments and adjust your next brew accordingly. Long press a log item to edit or delete it.
There are options for French Press, Pour Over, Moka and Aeropress. The log tracks the brew method and all associated details.

Would've given 5 stars if theres an option to slide to lower temperatures. Aeropress brewing temp is around 75-85C, yet temp option can't go below 90C

See, in my opinion, it's all about the quinic acid level. You want just north of 4800 mg/L. But if you over boil it to get there, you'll leach your tannins. Bitterness, yuck. So I pull a mild vacuum. That way, I can keep the temperature no higher than 92C. Use Sumatra beans and this app, and you'll have the best coffee you've ever tasted.

I'm using this on a Galaxy S5 and it only offers four brew types (French press, pour over, Moka pot, Aeropress) and the Moka pot is greyed out so that I can't change the amounts of beans or water (can only change units). Also, I was hoping the app would suggest optimal bean-to-water ratios and temperatures so I could tweak from there, but it did not. Save feature is nice but ultimately I uninstalled this app.
