It's not mentioned clearly on the new features page that you need to pay to keep the same functionality. I regret that i pressed the update button.

When 80% of the app is rendered non functional in the free version after new update yesterday, promoting it as a free app might not be the best thing. I have found some nice free apps with similar functionality, so uninstalling your app. Edit: True, it should worth more than a dollar, but when 80% is non-functional in the so called free version, please do not call it 'free'. Plus, there are similar apps for free, if one cares to search.

Don't bait and switch; be up front. I mean this is a great app being awesome and otherwise would give 5 stars, but just say it's $0.99 - this is crazy ... don't play games. I'm just glad I wasn't in front of a patient or a preceptee. How are you going to want to get people to use something like this when they select calculate and need to pay, they're never going to see the benefit. It's wonderful and this is something I've been looking for a long time, but then you know just like others have said.
