Meet Me Halfway (Beta)

Looks promising. Avoid tolls option not working, not picking up some locations (eg. Chili's shown when zoomed in but not marked as pin and therefore not click/share-able).

Works well. Gets me to point A & B very well. I use it regularly.

Great meet me half way app

It needs more diverse waypoints. Seems strong on hotels, food stops, and malls, great for meeting a friend for a period of time. Not always so great for swapping cargo like a sofa, adding more highway rest stops might help. More zoos, museums, parks, etc. would aid in dropping children with grandparents before vacations. Then make 'stop type' configurable via checkboxes to remove clutter and it would be close to perfect.

This app is genius, finally somebody created something that's worth downloading! They even included specific interest areas such as bars, restaurants, etc.!! Very cool app I highly recommend. It prevents arguing with a friend over what's a fair distance of travel!

Database of waypoints is woefully incomplete (very few options) and results are shown as points on a map, no option to display in a list. This is a good start but needs more development. I will try again when you come out of beta.

I like it a lot. Doesn't always recognize every address, but does well. Would like it to pick up more sit down restaurants.

The app asks you to make Internet connection is set up, but no way to get rid of the box. Using android phone.

I tried a couple things, but if you don't have a physical address it's more of a general location finder,which is fine..

This is my time using an app like this it seems close enough. Nothing is perfect though there's always room for improvement at this point, I haven't a clue what it would be for this app right now.

The only problem is it's not showing any small points between the two to meet but it is a better app than others like it

I get error codes often. But if pick a different location from the drop down menu it usually works. (:

Should add in a feature to figure out fuel cost. Maybe even something to set up a plan for the trip... also where you can link with the other party. I was eyeballing this app for my girlfriend and myself. She is in Missouri and I am up in Washington. Figured it would be fun to meet at a halfway point. Great app though. I just wish there were a few more features. For being in beta... I give kuddos!

Tells me all the time it could not find the location I chose from the menu - is useless for me

Said no points of interest found...lol!! Yet your website and others have at least 10 places...what a joke.

Doesn't recognize an address that comes up once I start typing it. How sway.

Did not find location at all. Wasted my time downloading this app.

It makes my life so much easier. With online dating and person to person shopping sites it helps tremendously with hooking up at a Midway point.

This app has such a simple concept, and it's execution is excellent. Well done!

Cannot filter reviews or see reviews of points of interest. Useless

Hey finally a program EVERYBODY could use at least once in the life of their phone if not more frequently than that I downloaded like two days ago and I've used it around seven times, it comes in handy to get the halfway point, who wants to drive farther if they don't have to, you know?

Very easy to use and simple design. Also it didn't lag one bit unlike Google Maps on my HTC M7. To the point and handy. Definitely going to use this a lot. Awesome!

Add a hook to send a snapshot to the other person via SMS which encourages then to D/L the app. Also add a pull down to show a list of the pinned places.

I gave it 4 stars before, but it's incredibly more useful (and even beautiful) with the redesign! It even picks up price ranges of nearby restaurants and lets you choose routes.

Im not sure if it is just me or what but all this app gives if the mid way point, no directions or anything. Maybe I just can't figure it out

I love how it gives you an exact midpoint and then suggested spots nearby. Really great app!

"Meet me in the middle" app is much easier , just click on the map and shows .

I especially like that it give you a map so you can see alternatives to the suggested meeting places.

I like that it gives you areas close to the midway point where you can meet.

Only downside is you can't change the route

This is a definite must have! In town, across many cities or across states. I am in Ky, my kids in Tx and my family is in Il. You see my point. That is just personally. The business listings would take forever. Enjoy.

I put in coordinates and it worked! Great for craigslist exchanges.

I love this app!

Doesn't show freeway exits at or near the center coordinates. Not helpful if the center coordinates won't take you to a map app!

My friend and I tried this out to see if there were coffee shops in between us... it gave us every hotel and strip club halfway between us but I know there are at least 2 Dunkin Donuts and a Starbucks on the same road... What are people really using this app for?!!? Uninstalling...
