This is the worst network connection. I suggest users to not join the network. It does not work for around 5-6 hours daily. I have been facing the problem since i have joined the service. And the company has not provided a proper service and nobody has come to my place to resolve the issue. Poorest service ever! Bsnl is million times better even at 240kbps.
Worst internet service net not WORKING since 6th of September and your helpline operater is assuring that it will be resolved by 24hours.Today is 21st September still no response from your company. I have paid you annual subscription in advance so why should i face this loss .Please resolve my issue or refund my amount or i will have to move to consumers court
Very pathetic service. You don't get speed according to the plans , also it disconnects n number of times. I'm changing my connection soon after my plan expires. Joistre is such pain in ass. A sincere request for everyone, please do not buy joistre they are making fool out of us. Don't fall for their cheap plans, you are going to regret once you pay the amount for 6 months or year

Joister net is worst in all network service providers. Customer care representative have no knowledge about technical issues. Just hold a minute is the tagline of Joister. Dont go for this. If u want headache then go for it. God will help u for sure. Ratnagiri
So I tried to log in and it said to be sending an OTP message which I never got and also the connection goes down every week or two, the connection when working is good but you guys should take effort fixing the issues and helping the customer.
Joister hs got worst installation team in ratnagiri,maharashtra. Its almost 25 days from my payment date,still havent installed line yet Hopeless bunch of guys

Its d worse wifi network ... it doesnt work atleast fr 1 wk in a month ... and nobody comes to resolve d problem evn after sendin so many mails ... i would neva recommend this network to anybody !!!

Joister service is pathetic and will not suggest anyone subscribing , stay away form Joister SSV was way better in Nerul
Too many bugs and lag. It is showing failed transaction pop up on home screen for a week now.
I wanted new connection ,so I sent enquires (yes, enquire“s") but no response from them. Then I tried to call them but no one picks up.
Bug:- August (current month) usage not displayed. Says No usage details found !
Very bad service provider,last few days net not working raised the compliant again and again but no one care very irritating....
Best ISP in KHARADI area of Pune... I chose the 10mbps unlimited plan and have never seen my speed drop below 9.7mbps till now. Anything happens just raise a ticket and it will get solved within 20min.

I like the joister service given to me..i suggest everyone to subscribe joister for good service.when I getting issue regarding connectivity,my ploblem is resolved in half an hour every time..

Joister is the worst broadband service. Internet disconnects 100 times a day at least. The customer service is even worse. They will assure you that the Internet will start working within an hour or so but it never would. Currently my connection has been disconnected for the past 4 days and I have still got no response from them.
Worst internet provider in Ratnagiri. Net isn't resumed even after complaining for 2 days. And the service provider doesn't feel it important to attend customer's calls. Worst service ever..not even worth 1 star.
cnt create tickets anymore poor service everyday theres cut off for around 6 hrs no support replies anything and all tickets are automatically resolved poor service dnt even think to buy i did mail u but still the problem is nt solved

This one star is for poor service. My internet never works when it is bright sunlight. I have informed them and raised complaint many times. Their technical team closes the issue in the evening without any fix. Next day the same problem is there. I suggested that this may be due to faulty optical cable. This problem is there since installation, April 2017.I am fed up with Joister. But I can't do anything now as I have annual package, but won't renew it for sure.
