Love it, only dislike how you have yo click cash several times and different ways before it registers as you chose a payment option. Other than that its great. Have ordered several times from this app and have gotten just what I order. Will continue to use this app!

Wouldn't take scanned card, doesn't save card info so has to be re-entered every time (and you still have to use it when order arrives) and menu is confusing. However, deliveries have always been fast, hot and accurate. No complaints there!

I don't know who does Johnny's app work or who does their IT work, but this app is just terrible. Doesn't keep me logged in, never has the specials, coupon codes never work, it's not even synced with their database. Several times we've ordered through the app and the store just "never got it" . They print it out then manually enter the order. What the what?? And it's very difficult to navigate through. Just a terrible app and mobile site. I expected better from johnnys.

The app itself is super buggy. Not very well made. The pizza on the other hand is awesome. Next time I think I will google a menu and call it in. The app takes to long to load, it freezes. Also there is no reason behind making an account because it only saves your order history (let me just type in my credit card info everytime????).

App seems to run extremely slow and is unresponsive to touch a lot. Love the food but they need to take notes from the dominoes app.

Difficult app to use. If you use the back button when ordering, it brings you all the way back to the home page. It also requires you to purchase a dessert or you can't check out.

Would give it 5 stars, but a little slow running. Might be my phone. But it works well, gets the job done. Makes it easy when your busy and don't have time to call and talk to someone.

It's very buggy it needs to be looked over again. I am going to call the location and make sure my order was successfully completed.

Crappy thing completely messed up my order after having to fix 3 or 4 times...then it still sent it in wrong! Waste of 40.00

The app is just as bad as the website for ordering! Please update it and make it more user friendly!

Atrocious app. Crashes, misdirected web pages, throws up errors more frequently than it can ask what toppings I'd like (if you can even get that far) - App and website both need to be deleted and re-worked from the ground up by someone else entirely.

I use the app often but this was the first time I was going to use it to order a "flip." I was disappointed that I couldn't find any way to customize it.

This app is amazing. The menu is easy to browse. I can easily add items to a cart and place my order in a fast and safe way.

Great pizza. App is decent for a local Louisiana company, but could be better. It's getting incrementally better tho.

I was just thinking that I wish I could order Johnnys online and use my debit card. Allowed me to stay in the house and study today. It would probably benefit you guys to upgrade your app so that it saves card and address information, maybe start a rewards program, and a delivery tracker that shows when your order is ready and when the driver is on the way. The delivery tracker will keep customers from overestimating delivery time and will make the wait time feel shorter

I like to stay home and not have to have to go run errands. So this app is perfect when my family wants to eat out. We just put in our order then put on the movie we're gonna watch together. And wait for the delivery. These guys have the best pizza house menu, and the order is always cooked perect. Job very well done every time!!!

I don't want to put my credit card in if I'm picking it up. Also, it doesn't show the history and when I hit the back button on the confirmation page, it said processing again so I hope it didn't order 3 pizzas!!

I decided to download the app since the website kept picking up the wrong location (Arkansas, we live in Louisiana, and nowhere near the border). Same issue. I've used the website to order many times; this is the first time we've had trouble.

I can't even use it because it won't even pick up the Johnny's where I live. I know it's there but all it tells me is there is not one on my area.

Interface is fine but kind of slow. Makes you think it's locked up. Needs processing icon.

Great app. Easy to use and works well. Cannot ask for more with the best pizza in town.

Love being able to order my favorite Pizza with this app. I can easily make changes before I check out. Plus paying for it in advanced makes pick up quick and easy.
