On the plus side I like the easy navigation, search and access to product details. Unfortunately the checkout process failed, the app would not proceed past the card authorisation process. The app confirmed contact with the merchant and I received a notification from my card provider of an access code to proceed but for whatever reason that is where the process ended. The screen went white and I had to go back to the checkout screen. I ended up having g to place my order by phone.

A very well made app. I like the my JL loyalty card integration and the Kitchen Drawer function is useful if you happen to lose a receipt. The only little oddity is that the app seems to log me out each time I launch it - if this gets fixed it'll be perfect, as surely I shouldn't have to enter my credentials every time? Although, the new fingerprint recognition feature is a really welcome addition. One suggestion - could JL make an Android Widget feature that shows new and promoted products (tailored to each customer by browsing and/or purchase history) on the home screen?

Doesn't look like you can use your fingerprint if you have to swipe your finger over the sensor as apposed to placing your finger on the sensor. I've got an S5 and it doesn't work but my other halfs S7 edge does.

The general site is OK and easy to use but I can't pay for anything once I get to check out as it just goes blank, so not good for me at all!!! I love John Lewis but this has not been a good experience.

Please stay away from this app, its addicting decided to save my money but when I open it and see the product I want I decide to buy it. Its my compulsion letting me down of its the app.

Easy ordering makes me shop more with John Lewis. That can be good or bad!

It is very easy to use and the MyJL card keeps my receipts digitally so I can see when my guarantees expire.

Fingerprint login doesn't work on Samsung A5 (2016)

I downloaded this app for browsing through menswear items and I love it. I would definitely recommend this to those who like to shop at John Lewis.
