"עבודות לחרדים" הוא פרויקט התנדבותי פרטי המופעל ע"י עמותת "שחרית- שילוב חרדים בתעסוקה"

עבודות לחרדים הינו מיזם חברתי-טכנולוגי להשמת חרדים בשוק התעסוקה בהתנדבות. המיזם מתווך בין המעסיקים למחפשי העבודה באופן ישיר, באמצעות רשתות חברתיות (Facebook, WhatsApp) ומענה טלפוני.
על המיזם:
עבודות לחרדים הוקם בינואר 2013 כדי לתת מענה לקושי מרכזי בחברה החרדית – מציאת עבודה בשוק התעסוקה. המיזם מקדם השמה דרך רשתות חברתיות, "מפה לאוזן ברשת", ונותן מענה אישי, זמין ומהיר למחפשי עבודה. מדובר במיזם הטכנולוגי הגדול היחיד שנותן מענה למחפשי עבודה חרדים ברשת נכון להיום, כאשר צעירים חרדים מהווים את קהל היעד המרכזי של המיזם.

"Haredim work" is a project operated by the private voluntary association "Shrit- integrating haredim employment"

Haredim work is a social-technological anxious placement in the employment market on a voluntary basis. The project mediated between the employers and jobseekers directly through social networks (Facebook, WhatsApp) and telephone.
On the project:
Haredim Works was established in January 2013 to address the major difficulties in the Haredi community - Finding a job in the labor market. The project promotes job placement through social networks, "word of mouth network", and gives a personal response, availability and speed of jobseekers. This is the only major technological initiative that gives job seekers anxious response network as of today, when young Haredim are the main target group of the project.
