PocketJobs connects directly to the Department of Labor's Summer Jobs+ job database to get the latest summer jobs, internships, training, and mentorship opportunities into the palm of your hand. Using the GPS functionality of your device, PocketJobs identifies the most recently released jobs in your area and places them on a map so you can quickly see the location and click to get details.

Custom searches of the Department of Labor's Summer Jobs+ job database allow you to specify the city and state you're interested in as well as any search terms. Quickly scroll through the results, with options to save the interesting opportunities to a database on your device, email them to friends, or directly access the company websites.

PocketJobs configures a service on your device that runs twice daily to acquire the most recent jobs based on your predefined search criteria and alerts you with notifications. Search criteria and frequency are user adjustable.
