AutoVoice for Android
When it works, it's awesome. Having an issue where it sometimes fails to cancel a Google Now search or action. Seems like the faster my network speed, the more likely it is to fail to cancel it.
Love the possibilities of this app, but it's been a real struggle getting all the features to work through bluetooth. Now bluetooth voice recognition is not working when triggering through Natural Language for some reason. The AutoVoice Recognize feature works, from time to time, through bluetooth, after some fiddling, but won't work at all, at all I say, when triggering through Natural Language.
It is awesome when you use Google now. With Google assistant there are a couple problems. But as soon Google open the api I guess it will be awesome again.
Okay Google key phrase did not work with app on pixel. I tried all of there videos.
Sorry bro, but this is not helping at all on my Asus Zen C
Keeps saying auto voice isn't supported on this device on my Google pixel
App has been much improved; even with all the curveballs Google keeps throwing.
Y DO U NEED TASKER!!?
Like with all of your apps, they all sound like the greatest ideas when I first discover them. Then problems with learning how to use them to their full potential. But ultimately, find the purpose and the reasons to use them, all while trying not to look like a biggest nerd in the world, I. E. Person that's constantly giving commands to the gadgets like he/she is driving the enterprise starship. I understand it is 21st century, but come on, man?
Awesome with Google Home
I love this app, it forfills all my wishes and needs.. Support is the best I have ever had in at least 25 years... I can only recommend it.. if you want voicecontrol on your Android? Autovoice is what you need!!
It doesn't work. The free version was basically useless as it limits commands to 4 letters and wouldn't actually execute a reply to any commands. The paid version was even worse because it kept asking for you to sign in and once you did and entered in your custom command it wouldn't save it and just asked you to sign back in indefinitely.
A good add-on for Google Voice search. Would give 5 stars once Google Assistant works without workarounds
I use this app to extend the voice capabilities of the Google app but its dependence on the accessibility service means it needs an unlocked device with the screen on. That is rather limiting. I don't really find it reliable but then neither are the Google voice searches or Tasker. The alternative of exploiting 'note to self' can get around the limitations, though it is a tad inelegant. Hopefully Google Assistant will improve on this. None of this is the apps fault.
Great must have for every Android tech lovers wow this is gonna be huge make this awesome you have a great platform and would love to test any unreleased versions. Kicking buttons bro
On the tut videos there are 3 home screen icons: the app itself, recognize and natural voice. The last 2 are nowhere to be found (nova launcher and klwp). How does one create them? I can invoke 'ok Google's but not natural language. Is there a vocal equivalent? Would love to give 5 stars but I have spent a huge amount of time to get an answer to these 2 questions. As a follow up Joao produces great apps and provides great support groups. I wished I could have had an answer to my question about voice trigger and unfortunately the app is a major major draw on battery life
I download this amazing great app used the 7 day trial then I got autoapps a years subscription so are they separate subscription ? If no I have be charged 1 months AutoVoice subscription. This app is way better that Mastermind.
Can't seem to get it to intercept my "Ok google" commands. I have a Samsung galaxy s7 edge running nougat. It used to work. Is this a known issue?? Edit: I unchecked "run in foreground" and "alternative method" and now it seems to be working fine
Used the trial and functionality is great, but why should I have to download a completely separate app if I want the 'full' version? I have no problem paying for more than a trial version, but everything works using this app, and I don't want any of the other plugins from AutoApps. I just want a voice control plugin for tasker, not multiple apps taking up space on my phone.
There is audio lag with latest update when playing media files and autovoice is switched on. In external app or playing wav inside Tasker. I hope this will be fixed soon.
Love this plugin. Turns my phone into a google home
AMAZING app. Been using it for years on my phone, android wear, and now my Google home.
Great addition to Tasker
Dunno what happened but.. I can't log into my google account on autovoice to enable remote control of other devices, I contiue to get the same dialogue of "Select your account to enable this feature" I click ok, then my account and then ok again, and again the popup "Select your account to enable this feature". Not sure what's going on here, but I'll give it a 5 if i can get an answer. Other than that, i love this app! Edit: success! Thanks Joao!
Any way to make it work when Android Auto is connected? Please? Edit: Not now? I would think this would be at the top on the to do list. Whole reason for autovoice, use voice to do things so you can remain focused on driving.
I find this app very difficult to use also I have to download many other apps to make it do what I need it to do. it does not connect with my google account and gives me many errors even though I paid for some of the apps to unlock it just doesn't work for me.
Not user-friendly The setup has a page or two of info and way too many instructions. Just create a wizard that makes it simple to set up. It's too overwhelming. All your videos and online help is still too much. I'm sure you can find a better, easier, and shorter way to create a "Quick Start".
When I try to select a remote device it askes for my email, i select my email and then it asks again and again for my email. If you rezolve this and I manage to get the app working with my watch I will buy it and give 5 stars. Thanks!
It will not let me connect to my email. It looks really cool in the videos but I don't know how to update the app. This is an awfully frustrating system! I have the beta and it still doesn't work
Rated low just because it forced me to test functionality by downticking timer, and it didn't worked at all. Stopped receiving phrases in middle of them, not getting Google now searches and. If you want to have paid app at least make comprehend manual for troubleshooting, with flow, not sparse as it is now.
Cost of this app is only $4 but if I have to spend more than 4 hours to get this to work then it is not worth it. Developer tried to help but still not working. If you want to control your home automation system then I suggest spend more money and buy Google home
But the app fails to connect to the phone sometimes (when using Wear). Don't know if it's that the phone is locked. But it's kinda irritating after a while.
Unable to sign in. I chose my Google account to select my Google home but it won't sign in. It just loops back to select account. Please fix for a more accurate review.
Edited rating and comment: I finally managed to figure out how to have almost instant execution of commands. It took a lot of research, but it ended up that I made some significant modifications to my phone using Xposed (root required) with the App Settings module to set Tasker and plugins to "Resident", then changing the battery optimizations off for Tasker and all related plugins. I left a star off for now because of another stability issue that I encountered that I haven't been able to reproduce, but I may add it after further testing, IF João will add a popup notification in Tasker to alert users to turn off Battery Optimization in the settings and how to do it for other users that were clueless at first like me. Something like that needs to be very clear. Thanks.
Love the app - still trying to understand how powerful it is - but the developer is doing some seriously cool stuff - hope to see IFTTT integration in full version (can't access beta!)
I am stuck in an infinite loop every time I try to enable anything like devices. I was asked to download an apk from a website. That is unacceptable at any point.
It seems that the Natural Language. is unavailable. Was trying to create an event using that option and cannot. Even when i open the Auto Voice app i do not see it the Natural Voice
I cant log in to my google account. I just keep getting stuck in a loop of selecting my email and being told to sign in again.
Idea is amazing, but I can't accept the way it is currently offered. 1. not only ads everywhere, but aggressive full-screen ads really put me off 2. to actually integrate AutoVoice with Google Now, you can't have PIN request upon device boot - yes, to have flexibility to control more, you have to give out important part of your security. 3. I understand it needs to access some part of my Google Drive to save some data somewhere (a bit annoying when you have to install Google Games for that), but please - requesting access to all my Google Plus circles? Come on, you don't really need this. What's next, my address book and text messages? 4. This app is not free despite the price shown here. Uninstalling in a very first hour since starting 7-day trial.

This is an amazing app! Cleanly integrates with Alexa/Google Home and opens up anything you want to do. Home automation, music control, anything you can basically do on your pc or Android this can be the bridge to make it all work together. There's so much information on how to setup with videos as well as an amazing developer who will work quickly to resolve any issues. Don't leave a bad review if you can't figure it out, ask for help, the community will help you!
