My Child's Words is a spelling app for toddlers and preschoolers which allows you to enter any word (or words) you want your child to learn.

It was originally started to help my 3-year-old learn to spell his name and it has worked terrifically for that any many other words.

When you first install the app, you set your own "PIN" which gives you access to set or change the word list and pictures. This keeps your child from accidentally changing the words. The PIN can be any combination of letters or numbers and is only stored locally on the device.

Each time the big green GO button is pressed, the next letter of the word is highlighted and spoken. Once the child is to the end of the word, pressing the GO button again starts over from the beginning of the word.

A perfect app to help your child learn to spell their own name or one of their parents names. You can change the spelling words whenever you like by first entering the PIN.
