Waste of money, can't connect to Bluetooth. Doesn't recognize the bracelet so can't pair.

Really the pits man, doesn't sync at all. Reads the number but then reads wrong sync number and to try again. Truly a downer...

This app is supposed to work with the healthy bracelet but it keeps saying it cannot find bracelet. I can not pair to my Note4.

Well the band itself seems to work monitoring the steps accurately, the app though is pretty rubbish. Doesn't seem to collate the information from the band so what is the point in having the app installed?

Tried to pair device on tablet and phone. Keep getting wrong PIN or password message. Useless equipment so cant even test the app as unable to connect!

ordered 3 , but was sent 3 different types, managed to get other to work once I was sent proper site, but this unit wont connect to phone , have send e mail but no response

I finally got the app to work but now when I sync it doesn't sync the same information that's on the bracelet please fix. And the band doesn't feel for your heart rate so how does it measure calories

Won't detect after pairing and falls up as a vurus. App reported as innapropriate for too many permissions and for containing virus's

Asks for a pin number. Instructions doesn't give you a pin number and can't find it anywhere.

Doesn't syc data. The updates for funny features won't be coming I guess. Have installed wristband and seems tobe working for healthy bracelet. The app was updated November 2015. More updated then this one.

As everyone else has said I also can't sync my watch to the app

Instructions useless, as is the the 'APP'. I downloaded WristbandApp, and it connected straight away. so far seems to work OK

Will sync the time and date but won't sync the steps. Doesn't do any good if won't sync steps.

My virus software saying it can HiiJacker your phone data, and other bad stuff.. I un=installed the app.. until fixed..

I cannot get the wristband to pair with my tablet! The codes match but it say unable to pair due to wrong code??!! Needs a lot of work as it promises so much!
