PIXPRO SP360 for Android
On the Nexus you have to turn off wifi assistant. The Nexus doesn't want to connect to wifi that doesn't have internet access. Also doesn't hurt to update the firmware on the sp360 NFC does not work on my Nexus but does work on my droid turbo OLD:Been trying to connect for 30 minutes. The camera recognizes it but the app doesn't. Just says connecting with no end in sight. NFC doesn't work either. Have latest firmware and everything. Nexus 6P
My only gripe is the android app , it is not possible to view files on microsd card attached directly to phone. On the win7 pc, it works perfect. Im using MetroPCS Galaxy Mega 6.3.
Can't connect to the camera. After entering the password, the camera says connected but phone never does. App crashed on a number of occasions too. Nexus 5x running Android N.
Can not connect my new SP306 to my Galaxy Note3... no one has contacted me or answer emails... -5 stars
Why is the maximum character for the password is eight? That some dumb stuff
It will be a great addition to this camera's abilities if it could broadcast an SBS video feed to the remote phone using the Google cardboard sdk.
The camera is what it is. It's not a fantastic camera as far as the images go BUT it's incredible for the stuff like this app. Without this app, the camera would be 'okay.' With this app, it's awesome. Don't be confused by people accidentally reviewing the camera and not the app. You're here looking for the app and this is it. It is a great one.
Y'all need to fix the stupid problem that doesn't let me put one more damn number for the Wi-Fi login because I can't fit anymore letters or numbers and your app doesn't do anything then
This app works very well. I've never had issues taking photos or viewing them. I have take more photos and video with the sp360 than my go pro because the view is so unique. I wish I owned more cameras. Very awesome results.
Everytime I try to connect my Nexus 6p running 7.0, the app just crashes. What a piece of crap app. Fix it Kodak
App is useless now. Please create a fix
Tech support was wonderful fast and accurate in helping me with making this app work on my phone works great and I love it
So buggy it's unusable
can't connect to wifi
I downloaded the newest firmware off their site, stuck it on the microSD and proceeded to update it - this fixed my issue as I am now able to connect from the Note 4. | OLDER REVIEW: Although the app can see the device, connecting via WiFi-direct with the standard password or NFC doesn't seem to grab the connection - which eventually leads to a timeout; I would love for this to work and will update my rating once an update resolves the issue.

Well it worked for a day, but now it won't connect to my phone again. The camera says Wi-Fi is connected, but it stays on the "Connecting to device" screen on my phone.
Playback from cam not working. Only if downloaded. Xperia SP Android 4.3
Doesn't connect to my Nexus 6 running Android 6.0.1. I can get it to connect to a laptop via wifi or plugged into a desktop. Software and controls seem cheap. There must be a better camera/software combo out there....
Doesn't work on Android 6
Issues with app not connecting to camera via WiFi. Times out constantly. Will not show feed. Nexus 5 Android 6.0
The app no longer works. Which is really disappointing.
It would be nice if we could edit pics directly from the phone. I don't want to have to connect my SP 360 to my computer for basic editing...
No it's not perfect but is very good with this one of a kind camera. (Samsung Note Edge)
I have been using this camera on bicycle lens pointed in forward direction so i can see up down right and left but not behind then using the pixpro app to download to phone and viewing with aaa vr app with single 180 mode and a Google cardboard. I hope they add a forward facing but still able to pan around mode to the app on the next update until then this is my workaround.
Good to go
ive been trying to make it work but it just wont, i have a pixpro sp1, and even though the application "detects" the cameras wireless and i enter the password it just times out... and asks me if i want to retry again... its frustrating, i've uninstall the app i have re installed it, changed the pixpro wpa key, everything and it doesn't work.

My HTC m8 will connect according to camera but nothing shows up on my phone
Only reason I chose kodak camera was wifi camera only to find its junk and does not work.
Completely black screen, home button not working, back not working, can power off the phone and restart the phone. Need fix.
I dosent even start i crashesafter 5 minutes use
Can not get the app to connect to the camera on my HTC One M8 ... highly frustrating!
This is App is useless. My phone and camera will not sync even though both see each other. App needs much work!

Will not connect with my Galaxy
Cant connect to my sp360.... Comment below me with sp1.. I dont think u have the right app as this is for the sp360
WVGA 16:9 120 fps functionality which was not accessible when using version 1.035_2015_3_30 of the android software with a PIXPRO SP 360 firmware version 1.03. 120 fps has been restored in firmware update 1.04.
Needs to be compatible with the HTC M8

If you're home WiFi signal is strong, it won't connect to camera. When it does connect, won't stay connected long enough to operate it. NFC it's pretty much useless on my Galaxy S7... app crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I attempt to connect via NFC. So far, I am hating this Kodak SP360 camera, phone app AND computer app. Not user friendly.
