Takes forever to connect your truck. 1 Day I drove 3 different trucks. It took 20 minutes to pick up the 1st truck. 2nd truck took another 15, and 3rd one took 20, and I drive that one most days.

System crashes, drivers can't log out, EOBR failures, misses locations....this program needs a lot of work...as a foreman for my company myself and others spend a considerable amount of time correcting errors. Granted some drivers are not technically savvy but this system is not a good one. 5 months from my original review and not much has changed. Myself and dozens of my drivers can not log out more times then we can. I work a large company that depends on this technology that does not perform as it should. JJ Keller be happy I am not the one paying this bill. Please get a properly working solution.

Now I'm just getting a spinning circle when I try to go off duty or into the sleeper. Are the devs even reading these comments??

It has its quirks but usually I can log in and not worry about it the rest of the day. I love not having to remember to change between on duty and driving. Just wish I could save the logs myself to keep for myself.

Works pretty good most of the time, sometimes doesn't want to sync to truck just have to log off and cycle key switch then it hooks up fine, would like to have a pre and post trip inspection page that can be checked and reviewed "would help when inspected at the mines by MSHA inspectors" and unlike what ppl say you can check submitted logs up to 14 days you just have to know how to use the app.. it's under duty status / log history in the main menu

Glitchy, every update the app gets worse. Seems to be losing useful features as well.

Having trouble with the app it stops IT reboots put me on duty I'm trying to go to The Sleeper Berth and it's stuck and it hangs up now my company is going to have to go into the log and change it while I'm in The Sleeper Berth

Can't even log in they said o download the new version it will fix it completely bs and my company spent a lot of money for this bs program to not be able to use it

Why is it my driving hrs are longer than my daily on duty hrs it red balls ya when you hit that 14 hr mark. Someone should probably fix this ASAP

It takes more than 15 minutes to connect and Keeps turning off ..every day is the same thing.

I love that I took 34 min for my brake and it tell me only took 29 min after I stared driving fix this

Whats the activation code? I cant even use the app... Update I work for FHWA. Any other way i can get a activation code?

Doesn't work, freezes and crashes

App always crashes at the worst possible times. It had crashed on me more than I have toes and fingers. 8 times out of 10 has it been while I was driving. Somehow it would disconnect from the ELD and only show that I was on duty the entire driving time. Of course you cannot edit it from the app. So you will have to call your DOT guy and bother him to edit your log and figure out the time it jacked up. Huge pain in the butt! Crashes on logging out. It's a crap shoot if you successfully log out of the app.

Very user unfriendly. Does not allow to sync from mobile to the truck. Can't see logs you've already submitted. And the truck screen does not stay in night mode when you stop. Please fix this app.

Saying activation code needed. Didn't receive any kind of message saying how to get a code I'm uninstalling the app. Complete waste of phone storage

Wow! Where to begin? Crashes on driver swaps, location won't track half of the time, logs won't load from remote so will show as off duty when driving occurred, can't correct simple issues locally, etc, etc. I have ZERO confidence in this app. Praying that the company switches programs before DOT bends us over...

I this is the most hair pulling thing I have ever seen . I hope you guys got the money and laughed all the way to the bank . Kudos to you jj keller on a scam of all scams

Keller needs to remove this update until they can fix it. Revert back to an older version. Also Keller needs to stop responding with the same automated response.

It just sucks, downloads wrong info all the time, very very slow, and has gotten me a ticket so we are court bound. Thanks jj keller for putting a mark on my record that I have kept clean for 18yrs of driving

Been on this app since 6/2015 thanks to my safety director wanting to be ahead of the ELD mandate & CSA. Many, many crashes & other issues. Untested updates often make matters worse. My safety director is currently exploring other options due to reliability issues & lack of response from Keller. And I can't wait. Very disappointing product from a once-respected name in trucking products. Can't recommend this one.

Crashes all the time, takes forever to connect to logging device. Very slow, constant issues, disconnects all the time. I've had issues at times with logging off and it not sending logs at the end of the day. I only use this because I'm forced to do so by work.

Boss makes me use it , it doesnt happen in any other truck that i know of.... it messes up my break some times and got to do break 2 times , before my 8hrs are up it got me once now i take it early so when it messes up i can takr it again and not go over my 8break ,

App had a bug that JJ Keller knew about. App didn't work correctly and crashed when DOT wanted to look at log. Also didn't record properly as a result of the app issue. No way to demonstrate my current hours of service.

Driver is NOT able to edit ANY PART of log, nor is driver able to VIEW log without truck running. ABSOLUTE WORST ELOG PROGRAM!!!

Takes forever to connect on blutooth.the grid does not look like the clasic paper .Feels like a toy.NO BUY.better alternatives out there.After the last update all hell broke loose, for a few days it did not work .it is shamefull.worst is that it is pushed down the drivers throat by the managers that have no idea how bad this is.owner operators be warned to stay away from this bs.

Crashes, won't find location and you don't know there's a problem until after you start driving and it tells you to start paper logs!

They don't know that Canada has a 16 hour window when ur in Canada u only get 14 hour window

This is not user friendly. Miss a log change get your supervisor to fix your log. App constantly crashes. My fault it does not work right according to customer service. Sucks that I have to use the app. Keep truckn is much better. Used it for 2 years untill now.

Crashes, locks up, can't log in. Are you guys for real. Never had a single issue with my eclipse logbook on the laptop. NEVER!!!! The DOT is so confused about this way of log booking. They see green and say ok.
