WorkIt - Gym Workout Tracker for Android
Have used various "high-tech" apps, but I love the simplistic yet detailed logs. All I needed was a simple tracker that doesn't tell me what I NEED to do. It does what I WANT it to do - keep track of my workout!
I like this app, mostly because it has no ad. It has never crashed on me. When I am working out, I would like to be focusing on my workout not worrying if the app is working or not, or wait to update my notes bcoz some other pop up is thrown on the screen (like some other apps).
Started getting back in the gym this week. I know very basic stuff, but wanted more variety and more results. This is extremely easy to use and also let's you log your workouts. Has a very simple animation so you can see the movements with a brief description underneath, and you can also edit the calendar to adjust which days you work different parts. I mass downloaded this along with 3 other apps to do each of these things listed above, but I'm so satisfied I'm about to uninstall them. Very happy.
No updates since 2013 and dev seems mia. Shame.

Very good app. Simple and efficient. I would like to have more options in log calendar. The option to copy/paste a workout from a specific date to another. One important option vould be the posibility to add a 'obs.' field when tipeing the workout sets. And also to add an option about superset in the workout meniu. Would be nice to have a backup buton to save the logs in case of reinstaling thus app on other device.
But where is the incline bench press? There are othere incline options cants seen to find the Incline bar bench press I substituted another workout for incline have no problem finding all my other work outs love this app!!
If I could make any suggestions, it would ONLY be to add more exercises (like a workout plan for women)... Cause seriously, this app is perfect just the way it is! Plus it doesn't require permissions, and I like that.
Great app to help track my Cardio Rehab from bypass surgery however I agree that a notes/comments section should be added as well as an ability to export/backup data. Otherwise a wonderful app!
So far so good, I needed to track my workout days on a calendar. This app provided me that option plus more features. Love it!
Too many apps in this category. All lacking one simple thing, The simplicity. This one is simple, straightforward and best designed.
Would be a easy 5 if some of the workout items were updated. Like the cardio machines. They don't have any level to record, you don't record weight on these. Also on the floor exercise like plank push ups ect you again dont record weight time & reps are important. Also the graphs don't work on the majority of items Rearly need some updates to improve other than that it's very simple to use & keeps good records of what you have done.
Overall this is a great app to track workouts and progress. Could be improved by being able to copy workouts from prior days or programming workouts.

Love the diagram for some workout basics. I was able to add a few new ones in thanks to the info. One thing, can you add in a stop watch feature?
I think this app is great. It is very easy to use and very useful and helpful. I have not had any problems with it yet, however it would be nice when making an exercise if you could add a time option for certain things. And the data graph shows December of 1955. And another small convenience for users, if you misspell something in the title of a workout you make, you have to delete it and remake it, which is a hassle if you add a description and all of that.

A great, simple app with no ads or stupid sign up needed. Its perfect for easily tracking workouts, a few minor points that almost knocked off a star such as the workout library is fairly small, but has most essential exercises in good detail. The lack of saving reps and weights is a small pain but no deal breaker and it would be nice to be able to back up data somewhere.
This app is amazing at keeping track of your workout progress. The only thing that is wrong with it, is the lack of workouts. If you could please add more variations of workouts, it would help greatly. Maybe even as a feature to scan the workout machines to be able to add them. Also, being able to arrange your workouts, after adding them. This would be a huge help. And when you complete your work out set, they grey out, or remove themselves from that days session. Would help keep tracked of what you are on.
Would love to see the app like Runtastic, sync with the web/social media. It would be nice to make profile and see ur progress on the web instead of holding ur phone all the time. Overall the app is awesome but missing those two and i hope Dev make this happen too

Please add password protection because its same like any other personal stuff ....so please add this .......thanks :-)

Really like this app, I've tried numerous other gym apps and they're either too bloated or have too many options and take too long to load. This app is basic in a good way and easy to use. I'd like to see the ability to add notes to exercises, add my own diagrams when I add a new exercise, be able to edit exercises (both created and the default ones), and be able to reorder the exercises in workouts.
It would be good if under "all workouts" you could order the workouts chronologically.. if you change the day of a workout they stay in the order you created them

Helps me organize my work. Please add function to allow you to organize my exercises within my workouts.
Very user friendly and helpful if you are looking to add new workouts to your repertoire. I would like to suggest having a "repeat set" option to automatically add previously entered sets info again. Also, I think it would be nice to see an option for the graphs to show the average reps and weight for a day as opposed to just the max. Overall great app though!
I really like this app! It is very useful for the purpose of tracking your workouts, and I really like the interface. I used to use Google Drive and recorded my lifts in a spreadsheet, but it was not ideal. A small suggestion I would make is to make an update that allows for multiple users to log their lifts on a single device. I bring my phone to the gym with me when I lift with my girlfriend, and I would like to track my own progress, as well as hers. As far as I can tell, this app only allows for one user to track their data. It seems like it would be fairly simple to create a button to switch between user profiles on a specific exercise to log reps and weight for either user. Also, it would be great if it were possible to export the data to a 3rd party, like Google Docs Spreadsheets or Microsoft Excel.

Had been using easy gym log for os previously and took forever to find an android app that did the same thing. Finally! Only this is better!!!
I have downloaded a lot of these apps and this is by far the best one. I am new to working out and this app is a huge help. The pictures make it supper easy, being that I don't know what most of the exercises are called. Thanks!
I would give you guys a 5 out of 5 but I don't like how I can't add comments about my workous!!! And I can tell what time I worked out! :( please update! :)

Plenty of easy pics and exercises and easy to get your schedule entered
Must have downloaded (and uninstalled) at least 6 different tracker/routine apps before finding this gem. Very simple to use. Easy to track your routine with many different exercises to choose from. Weighted, bodyweight and machine it has them all.. or most of the relevant ones.
App is good but needs a backup / sync with Google account feature. Had to wipe my device and couldn't find where to back up any files. Now I've lost months worth of data. Is there any thing like that to be added soon?

Exactly what you need to effectively trace your progress. No useless crap like "share results with friends" or "find local gyms" or anything like that. If it had some way to sync the data with a remote server, I would gladly pay for it even 5 euros. Even 10 euros. I really hope that the author does NOT implement any extra features. The way it looks now is good enough.
