Every time my calls went over the 2minute 30 secondish it would cut out my audio. I wouldn't be able to hear who I was trying to talk to. Great idea, but bad app

Let's forget about the frequent connectivity issues, poor call quality, and difficult UI and focus on the fact that every time they release an update the app runs into technical issues preventing me from logging in. Seems like half the time I try to use it, I can't even log in.

I'm a new customer, and so far the support for our phones and PCs has been exemplary. However, I am very unhappy about the mobile app. Callers sound like they are talking through a fan in a tube. Conversations are entirely intelligible. Even when i tried the app to call into Jive support, i had to ask them to call my cell.

Please put notices in the app store if the update causes problems for any sub-set of customers. An update shut me down last time and was a known problem.

8/16/16 Acceptable to completely unintelligible call quality. Cannot be relied upon at all. Nice app front-end interface with robust features, but the back-end engineering and technology is FAIL FAIL FAIL. Hopefully will improve with updates but right now it is a poster child of the over-promise, under-performance of technology. VoIP competitor 8x8 has the same issues with their wireless/mobile VOIP app, so maybe it just can't be done yet at all.

Since the new version it has been unusable. Constant jitter on every call. I have tried Wi-Fi and LTE to no avail. Even when connected to a network with jive Qos rules.

Will not stay registered when moving between 4g and Wi-Fi. Phone hasn't rung once. Mobility worked, this doesn't.

Call quality is good - Can't load my contacts. What's up with that? Text messages come in, but aren't associated with contacts in my phone. How do I import or live sync my contacts? Also, i don't get a notification when a new SMS comes into the soft-phone. Rings for phone calls, but not for texts.

totally unusable on my Galaxy S6. People can hear me but audio stutters to the point I can't understand what they are saying. I even went as far to completely factory reset the phone to only have things stay the same. If it worked then maybe it would be somewhat okay, but definitely a no frills app. In the long run I just forward my line to my cell.

Not sure why all the negative comments. App works great for me.. sure if I have poor cell signal It might be choppy but come on its a voip service.. no Internet = no connectivity. .Overall great app for managers on the go to communicate with office!!

I just downloaded the app, and it receives the calls but then I hear the voice very choppy. I can't have a conversation with anybody.

App turns sideways on tablet even though rotation is locked. Won't work portrait like on phone. Forced landscape and won't switch back. Bullshit flaw and no settings to fix.

If you want a dead battery start the app. Don't even need to use it and it will have the battery dead before noon.

I can't make calls with this app. The other person can hear me, but I can't hear the other person. The other person's voice cuts in and out every other half second, so I'm only hearing half of what the other person is saying. I called support and when I called them, the app stopped working completely! It turns out that there was a system wide issue preventing global use of their product (which is unacceptable). And they still did not fix the original issue of why I called.

Ok, I truly like Jive's other services. However, this app and their support for this app are terrible. I explained to them the issues I am experiencing. There response was simply, "Sorry, nothing we can do for you. Did you try restarting the phone?" Which I did as well as uninstall it then reinstall it. My issues were pretty severe. 1. The call quality was very poor. No matter if I called an internal extension or an external number. 2. The app doesn't carry voice when the screen locks. No audio from the app

Very convenient to have my business extension on the go! If the call quality is poor, then your data or WiFi connection is much more likely to be the cause of the issue than the app itself...

The early versions of this application were extremely buggy to say the least however over the last year or so it's become a much more reliable application. I actually enjoy using it now most of the time. However it still needs some minor fixes.

I ported my business number over to Jive because the amenities were just what I needed to run my business. This program is not useful or good for business. My communication sounds fuzzy or like I or the caller is under water. My mobility app unexpectedly closes all of the time so I have to Uninstall and reinstall several times a week. The app does not connect to my car Bluetooth. I plan to have my number ported back to a better provider; I rather pay for good service.

I've had issues with my voice cutting in and out exclusively with this app. UI can be buggy and freeze. Definitely needs some work.

Briefly, unable to access incoming calls as the screen will not give; app does not interface with vehicle's Bluetooth; there's a history tab, but no history; and more. Utterly useless. It's a good thing I tried their VOIP service first or is be with a different provider.

Previous app actually worked. This app makes uses their service a complete waste of money. I have no connectivity without a wifi connection, and yes, I have unchecked the box in settings for wifi only. I notified jive and their response was to turn my phone off and back on again. Useless app. 6 months later and the app is still uselss. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled the app, so I should have the latest version (even though it said mine was up to date previously) still having some issues, but at least I was able to make a call, so step in the right direction. But, I still generally wait to get back to the office as the app is inconsistent and call quality is poor.

It seems that the app gets confused. Sonetimes it wont let me answer calls. It also rings in a little square on my phone. Fwiw im using the Note 4.

The app times out when i try to get voicemail. When I open the app and try to dial a number the app shuts down. The call quality is sketchy when it does work. You'd be better off with two cans and a string. I strongly encourage everyone to steer clear. The software is buggy and the quality is poor. It has had a huge negative impact on our business.
