Nice to see developed an app for online services in vizag but needs so many sections of the updation. Mainly recipes are not generating /displayed.

This app has to be modified rail info city bus info emergency service should be required

It always a problem to write my problem. GVMC is wasting the public money by making these app not even to make a complaint. Thinking in a big way is not great. But if they are successfully implemented then it will be great.

Not able to pay property tax, if it's like this how smart city,100% cashless will happen...not able to solve this small problem. Waste of money all culprits..chi

It's not accepting payments. Everytime it is showing payment failed irrespective of payment mode. And the same problem with website. Please have a look into it and resolve it.

It's always showing " connection problem check your internet connection "despite the fact that I have my connection up and running . Please rectify this issue immediately..

Its a new idea ,but clear the complaints which u have received in time then vizag will be the best city in india

This App is good upto payment option. If I tried to make payment it shows "SOME THING WENT WRONG. TRY AFTER SOME TIME" I have tried to make property tax payment for more than 20 times on different days and timings. The problem is same as on day.

Every month you are creating a new problem Last year it used to work well Now some times some server problem only for this GVMC app When All bank apps are working ok. When you release a new update check all bugs first Once or twice if it disconnects it's ok last 2days I am trying atleast 20 times every time showing server problem

The app should be like the apepdcl app where u have a log in id and it is linked to all connected numbers. Now one has to key in assessment nos every time to get info. Kindly update for this facility. Lt Col Jagadish Chandra

Tried all the three options for payment of property tax and failed. Surely we deserve a better app if Vizag is to be reckoned as a smart city.

Earlier app was super now the updated is worst performance, it only show's internal server error for any queries regarding tax payments.

It is not possible to water tax now. Provide this service also

Earlier this app is good for payment,but now it is waste,I'm unable to pay amount through online.at every time at payment it is not going to bank page.it is getting error.it is worst.CS1061 Error I'm getting everytime at payment

The payment for property tax is not going through and the desktop website is also down.

I'm not able to download the receipts after giving assesment number, as there is no receipt, no use.please check this.

Someswararao strongly I am supporting to develop my city and request all citizens to pay taxes as early as possible. Thanks to all my citizens for citizens.
