Jitbit Helpdesk for Android
Features include:
*Viewing unanswered, unclosed or all tickets
*Viewing basic details and replies of an individual tickets
*Posting replies for everyone or for techs only
*Changing tickets status
*Viewing attached images
The time is off on the tickets that come in by 3 to 4 hours. I verified time zone settings on my phone and matches the web interface. Apps doesn't notify phone like iphones.
Missing a ton of menus and features. The mobile site is significantly better.
Adding search capabilities will be great
App is ok but not being able to custom view by category really hurts this apps functionality. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has 3 work orders but I have to scroll through 200 to find them or search for them. Right now, it's easier to use Web browser simply because of this. Would improve app tremendously. Please fix!

After updating system to 8.8.5 and mobile to 1.5 we can't connect, customer support is terrible.

Improvements would be an UnAssigned category on the app and SSO support for the app.
Hi love the app but please fix the filters for handles by me and unclosed etc. It still shows all logs even after selecting the different filters

New version, good. Nice new design. Images/attachments not displayed yet. Performance adequate to cross platform framework. File upload needs better notification of what is going on. Time is still calculated /displayed somewhat incorrectly. Soon we will bring you many more users, hold your breath.
The app is getting better. Not being able to view tickets by custom categories hurts the app. The handled by me filter is not working properly after the new update. It is showing tickets that are closed and some that are not even assigned to me.
But the functionality is effectively zero. The mobile web does more.
Currently lets you either see all unanswered and unclosed tickets. You can claim and comment on them, but finding the ticket you want is the tricky part. No sorting options, no way to only see tickets you've taken, no search. Zero configuration options. The mobile version of the site is just superior in every way right now - almost all features are available and it's still readable and easy to use..
Is this app for techs or for users. There is 0 functionality for techs.
Note 3 only gets a blank white screen after log/pass address input. Really wished it worked want to purchase the hosted solution but will not if no app. Guess it's back to spice works for now.
Freezes when installing on my Samsung Galaxy S2. When it finally opens, the page is headed 'Unanswered' and there are a million 'undefined calls'. The program freezes at every step of the way and is unusable. I cannot recommend it at all which is a shame because the JitBit HelpDesk works so well!
Can't add new item on helpdesk on android devices. Otherwise good app
This is still in the early stages I hope. I think it's great and am thankful that there is finally an android app for this helpdesk system. However there is a lot of work, I think anyways, that needs to be done on this app. I can see some tickets, but when I look online I see more tickets than what I'm able to through the app. Also there isn't an option to see only tickets I'm handling. Again, this is early stages and I look forward to seeing this app m mature.
I'm installing on Lenovo, it doesn't work. It's seem stuck, there is lower than my expectation :(
Keep up the good work guys! Posting for techs only doesn't work yet as announced. Time seems broken - us time seems to be used for counting rather then universal time. Email and other links work, nice surprise. In line images work, great. View attached images would be really useful next. Don't make "back" button on Android, save ui space, we have the <~ here :-), same with refresh, just do pull to refresh.

Nice that you have an App, but missing many options that any Help Desk App should have, including Notifications, for when you are on-call. Your Mobile website has many of the things missing from the application, why not have it more similar. Needs some work.
