Its was good initially. After announcing the plan there is one leap. No proper network , chat , call r even email help is useless. Very much disappointing it is. Been two weeks i registered my complaint no reply yet.. i am thinking if i really should buy plans...

I am a Jio prime member already. The new update always shows a popup to recharge for Jio prime member again. Are Ur developer teams incompetent can't even provide a proper update. In the previous update it use to always show Ian shop member ad. Recharge first week of March and is Jio member. Still on opening the app after updating it. It continuously says recharge to become a Jio prime member. Can't even recharge the latest plans. After going through the payment option and giving the otp pin. The app just crashes and the recharge doesn't happen. It always gives no network connection the new app update. Totally sucks. Can't see the recharge balance that's done. Resolve Ur flaws in the app urgently developer team.

Always pops notification even I am a Jio prime member... What the hell is this? Ok atleast provide network properly call drops are very frequent... internet is very slow and worst... I will see 1 month and switch to other network if this repeats... Too many complaints but no resolution..

The overall app structure is nice and user friendly. But I have been facing repeated challenges in accessing the jio care section. The call to customer support drops and the live chat option doesn't work. If something can be done there, it would be great!!

I have become prime member on 2 Mar as soon as they announced hoping I will get better service. But it seems that a pipe dream. Network is worse. Poor internet speed. Pop up is annoying like adware. Why? Totally Unprofessional even after complaining. I will check the service this Apr then decide whether to continue or not.

Nice we only get Reliance and Airtel network signal in our area. I was not using Reliance previously since it was costly. If Reliance Jio continue such good service at best price I will continue to use Jio. Make MyJio lite app. Keep it simple and user friendly. One complaint is no one is attending live chat.

Very poor service.. such ambiguity.. why cant u guys make it a bit simpler.. may be motive was to provide greater and full clock service.. but in that attempt you guys have failed to even satify customer in giving even the basic services. Such as customer care or brief about "my account".

B4 20 days i obtain prime membership.. but evey day they prompt by three ways ... SMS, NOTIFICATION POP-UP, MAIL... Oh... I am tired.. on every alternate day they confirming my prime membership, but still my jio is not stating about my enhance validity etc... Please depot marketing maniac person to improve software improvement...

Just Updated the and now the auto-login feature is not working.. further i tried signing in to my account but it failed.. I just wanted to check if the 303 plan was recharged to my account as the amount has been deducted from my bank account but I didn't got any sort confirmation from the Jio Team.. Neither on SMS nor on the App. Please solve the issues asap..

First there is severe problem of network in bhubaneswar. Then it comes to very slow internet connectivity (its like using aircel 2g). And then the calling feature which creates hell lot of problem like calls dont get connected, takes too long to get connected, call drops, distorted voice quality.

When start jio to till date no network in my area.Many call & post on fb regarding network issues every time they registered a new complain but not solution provide by jio till date. Every time they replies you network issues resolution provide earliest but till no network in my area.What do you mean by earliest. Highly disappointed from jio. No one call me on my alternate no till date.What a value of customer in jio.If u don't want loose d customer please immediately looking into my network issues.

Gotta admit the network is getting worse by each passing day. Apparently the funny thing is, my phone now does not latch on to jio network anymore. Tried basic troubleshooting, reboot and stuff. Nope, nothing. Can't latch on the network even after searching it and selecting it. Acche din gaye, khatam ho gaye.

Works very slow I have to sign in 3 to 4 times to check balance. Whenever i have to open the app and check balance firstly I have switch off movile data and then again start it. What the use of app if I have to do such things. If you can help then you are most welcome l.

Today is d last day of jio prime subscription, and jio has betrayed us by not letting us register, by blocking its server. Whats d point of giving 31st March as deadline, if u dont allows users to register. Such an act was never expected from jio. I strongly recommend to extend d date for a few more days

No networks available in all time since Mar2017. Even this comment putting to use another company networks. I just demanded reimbursed my all valuable time and pay my New mobile Prise "MI Redmi 3S " as this Mobile buy recently just because to run my GIO sim. Pathetic things and decision I have ever take. Worst app on store. Jio, if you can't even develop a user app that can flawlessly provide the connection info, how do u think u can survive in the business. It's just crap. Takes ages to even give the balance details.. Frustrated 'cause i' ve already got the prime membership

One star less coz of login issue , on jio network stillit says that you have to be on jio network. No issues apart , nice speed ,calling (y) keep it up , plus one more star less bcoz prime membership doesnt shoe anywhere in app , please fix the issue

Subscribed to Post Paid 499 plan as a prime member (before 31st March) but after logging in it still shows my previous 1 GB plan. Still shows 1 GB allotted per day. This is ridiculous. I'm really furious. On top of that can't sign in using Jio id and password. I'm starting to regret that I've subscribed to Jio.

Very bad experience. Not even check my account and usage. When I m going to connect telling that jio 4g connection is required though I am already connected. Last 2 days I tried several times but I failed. Customer care also not responding.

Pathetic service i recharge for prime member and after being a prime member i got only 182MB for a day and not 1GB I want my remaining Mbs to use. When i called to jio customer care its just getting cut.

I don't know what the problem is, it is just not logging me in and keep on showing pop up that I need a jio sim. I mean I am not dumb to bw logging in my jio without a jio sim. I became a jio prime member and also did a base recharge...now I am unable to check my balanxe

I used your My jio app to recharge my no. with ₹499/- money debited but you still not recharged my sim. I registered my complaint but you closed it without solving it. Now I can understand how Mukesh Ambani is making money with this Jio Prime membership scheme. Right ?

Getting a good speed now. But kindly consider improving your service arround Howrah station (west bengal). Internet does not work most of the time, when it works its very unreliable. I heavily depends on railway ticket booking app. I have tried many times but could not book a single train ticket using jio network. And its happening since last three four months. I had already complaint about this, but no one bothered to care. Regarding the app, it does work only when there is a strong network.

This app is not opening and telling me to connect to a Jio 4G network to open automatically when I already have that Jio sim. In my smartphone... What the hell... I can't check my jio prime membership.. I can't recharge 303/- plan.. Neither can I check how much data I've left for the day... Resolve this immediately..

Jio had a great start and got a huge and valuable customer base with their free service offer. But Jio is miserably and consistently failing in maintaining the same traction and trustworthiness. Their handling of jio prime offer is very worse. Infinite app crashing, useless customer care, call drops, slow data has increased in this crucial stage for jio. Reliance should hire more experienced & competent people in their telecom engineering, back end development, user experience design & customer service team. Or else the big dream of ambani will end up in drains. Good luck.

The app has significantly improved with the continuing updates. The most important feature which acts seamlessly is the real time data usage metre. The recharges made via app does work well and are hassle free. It is a good app which should lessen the pop ups to get full marks.

Wht the hell why isn't the app responding. Can't able to even login to the app. Crap i want to join in jio prime. But unable to even login. How can i join jio prime now. The net speed doesn't cross 1Mbps in our area.I will throw my jio sim in dustbin

Worst App even not login. Jio not deserve atleast One star also... No network No data speed... its about just 10kbps ... My Uninor 2G is better than JIO 4G.Still loading not getting any pages cals also not connected.Even customer care call also not connected . what a service...Dont Use Jio dont get irritate...Dnt waste your time...

I am now a prime user and even did recharge for rs303 plan in a hope to get good internet service (4g) but from the date of my recharge my internet speed is degrading day by day, the shouldn't have trusted jio. Hope they don't make april fool on 1st april by declaring that surprise this is not 4G this is 2G we were just making you all fools.

Please improve your network speed. Even in metro city like Kolkata there are many dark/blind spots where jio does not work. It is turning out to be a non reliable service privider.

Network coverage issues.complaint request No.SR000005QS6A dated 17 Jan 2017& SR0000067IWM dated 3 feb17.Jio Executives informed to me that we have install new tower your place on before March 31. But still nobady will not response in this regards.Daily sending prime offer 99 SMS.but who will talk discussion in this regards.

Seriously this app is lagging soo much today 31/03/17. Please if you can fix the issue. It will be very helpful. On the other review side i love this network. I dont know about others but I'm soo fully satisfied with jio. So no matter what m going to keep using this network. Coz jio has given assurance for lowest rates with some high speed internet. So there's no denying in that it has the lowest rates as compared to other companies in india. And as by the concern of high speed internet, jio is truly providing it, except for some places, i hope this issue will b resolved in coming days. ✌

1. The option of sliding down to refresh the balance detail is not working. If you want to know the remaining data balance then you will have to login each time in this application. Please check this issue and update. 2. Also when someone open up MyJio application then he will find option for many other applications to open from MyJio, for example Jio Magazine, Jio Newspaper, Jio Money etc. Dear, suppose someone want to use Jio Money then he can directly open that application. Why will he first open your MyJio then open Jio Money? Is not it funny? You are concentrating only on cheap and free data & calls, it is also good and appreciable. This app always stops working after its update. Please make sure ur updates dont crash the servers. U have good network better then airtel. But even the after sales service matters alot. I have registered prime membership before but from 31st march am not able to check balance as i am not been able to login. Please fix this as soon as possible.

My Jio prime membership is gone, after updating. Previous it has auto sign in now it's not working.. Prime gold colour UI gone... Please Check and let me know... Kindly recruit good mobile app developers. Bcoz in future maximum people is going to use this apps.

What the heck is this ... This app hi not even workin and not even i am not able to sign up .. i you have provided tha subscription till 31 march then why jio is is not working on 31 st march .. i want to purchase its prime membership plan but due to this inconvenience i am not able to do this... I will really switch to a new connection if thi issue will still remain the same ..

The app is not loading most of the times. It says connection is not available. What a funny thing! Also the app UI is not so good. Better bring USSD for checking balance and the usage tracking is not so accurate. Not so updating. The App is totally worse. And coming to the speed, it's not actually 4G, of course now others are giving the same offers at a neat price. So I assure that Jio may have a good Inception, but it won't stay long. All the best..

Never mind about network issues. I am sure jio will solve them soon. I will stick to jio and support it even if other networks are giving better offers. Even if other networks give all offers for free I am with jio. Reason is jio is the one who have forced other networks to beg there customers. If jio wouldn't come still other networks might be looting us. I love you jio for showing other operators that customers are more important. Love you a lot... :-D
