The collection and all are good but this is far from a good music player. Following are my issues. 1. Cannot make a playlist in offline mode. 2. The shuffle algo is not even acceptable, just keep repeating songs. 3. The app is way too slow when compared to native music players. Need to speed it up (for offline music atleast). 4. There is no search for downloaded music/ offline mode, its tedious to go through all the songs if u want to find a song. 5. stuff like grouping by artists and albums and sorting options do not exist. 6. Even downloaded songs do not play smoothly, its not RAM problem i checked. 7. Make the app more battery and RAM efficient. Good luck, Do these and I will rate you 5 Stars.

Long way to go. The shuffle option needs a better algorithm. The play next option should actually work, to be honest it doesn't. And most of the songs don't have the option of being set as Jio Tune. Even with all these, this is one external player that isn't annoying but actually good. Cheers to Jio and it's team.

App gets stops automatically during playback. No network issues. Every time I have to reboot the app to work. Please fix this issue. I am using galaxy S8+. This problem I dint faced when I used my S7 edge.

This used to work fine. I downloaded a few songs and then you guys screwed everything with an update. Now only songs that are not download would play. My favs are all downloaded and so I can't listen to them. So I'd pass any jio app from now.

I was disappointed first as there was no option for previous/next song on the lock screen and no option for previous song in the notification bar. It seems Jio has listened to my wishes. Pretty satisfied with the new update.

i don't want jio offers through jio music app. Advertisements popping up every time i charged my even though i already subscribed jio summer special offer. I already uninstalled jio money and jio magazine app just because of this annoying ads.

Search bar is so bad that it needs Proper spelling of hondi songs (which nobody knows). Modify search bar & show similar results too & show results of genuine albums. Whenever i search for song other than official song many other stuff appears which is undesirable (like instrument cover n all). Make this changes n ur app is best

After the latest update i am not able to open jio music app.. i am using redmi note 3.. i had uninstalled the app and reinstall it.. still the problem persits.. take a look into this issue asap

i have been using jio music for 7 months now.. but never had this problem before...i open any other simultaneously to listen to background music and the music starts lagging and eventually dies down..when the hell are u gonna repair the bugs... Plz do it or i willl cease using it...and it has been on the 4 devices i use jio music..so do something

Sucks big time. Everytime I try opening it, doesn't open. The previous one was better. The latest update sucked. I wish we could give it a half star rating. I generally don't rate apps negative, but when I do, it's only when they've been really trouble creating. Disgusting in a single word.

App is absolutely super. It's add free I really loved it. The only thing that I'm depressed is, no app developers ever think about lyrics. We are here some lyric freaks, looking for lyrics. Pls Pls add lyrics feature in this app. Except that everything is good. Pls add lyric feature.

Can't open. Directs to go to permission settings but even after granting permission to access cannot open

The worst ever music app...I am using a decent phone Moto G 4th Generation but even then I am unable to listen the music in the background while on the other apps like Saavn, Wynk I am able to listen music in the background. Fix it otherwise it is the the worst music app.....

this app is not working although i have enabled all the permissions then also it is saying that this app need a permission... i am just frustrated of reading this...do something

I would like to see a delete option for the individual songs when we download full album. It will help to remove one or two undesirable songs of the album.

The app isn't working after update... I only have jio music as music app right now... Please help!! All my songs are on this app, I see everyone is having the same problem can you do something fast please!

It needs a lot of improvement. When I open the app of the first it doesn't open at all. Instead I've to press it 2 times to open. Nowadays it's doesn't even work. It takes almost 1 minute to open and then says that the application is not responding. Yet I'm impressed with the huge song collection. Please fix the bugs.

No 320kbps sound quality.. Too confusing.. hectic procedure to create playlists.. 2 different section. No proper trouble shooting page.just a music app created without any speciality and expertise

These are the things holding it back :- 1. Shuffle doesn't work properly. 2. Lock screen shows a different song being played. 3. No search option in offline mode. 4. Sometimes the app chrashes when opened. It doesn't respond sometimes. 5. Playlist can't be created in offline mode. 6. The interface isn't fluent.

Dat was awesome... But u need to add some more features. Even pls try to give some option for making as a Jio tune for all song. I can't make my favourite song as a Jio tune .

Consumes too much battery and also very buggy. Rest aside this is the best music app when it comes to ad-free and free download of songs. But user experience is not on par with Spotify.

Wonderful App team Jio appriciated, I can find all my favourite songs in English, hindi or punjabi just a small suggestion it will be great if you can upload the official musics by artist's, as for some of song am having trouble to find the official song, it just comes up to reprise or mix version and if you can improve a little UI and search results to or else I loved this app deserves 5 Star. :)

Dear Jio Music, All was working fine, suddenly on 16Jun you've updated the App asking for "Mandatory" PERMISSIONS like Phone, Location, etc. The most annoying part, without giving these permissions the is NOT working at ALL... It is so disheartening & appalling! Never expected this cheap act by RELIANCE

superb jio.... the sound quality iss so good.. and have lots of collection of old and new songs.. i love it.. thank you so much.. now i dont need go download and song from any website.. i can easily listen any song with the help of jio music.. thank u.

Boring playlist... No online radio no charts for global or India it's not like no.1 music app wynk savan other is better than this app please improve first then say Indian's no.1 music app

Need to update the Bengali song list with Jio tunes option ..most of the song don't have the caller tune set option ..even new popular English song also don't have the option to set caller tune ..you guys should look into this matter ...audio quality is good and rest is ok .

I upgraded my phone (Lenovo K6 Power) to Android nougat 7.0). Jiomusic has stopped working after that. Please look into this issue as soon as possible jio team. I will rate 5 then.

This new update crashes all the time and opens on the second tap only ,on first tap it uses to restore to the home page and sometimes it freezes ...leaving the jio music shortcut in the notifications area useless and even on swiping it didn't remove.....

After recent update, app is not working on my phone, it says JIO music needs permission to work properly, I have gone through the phone settings nd checked, it was as it is before, but then also it is not working , so kindly fix this problem

Here I given 2* only for collection of songs.Main thing in this app is downloaded songs are stored in internal storage so that 16 & 32 gb internal phone can't store more songs.I recommend strongly give option to store downloaded song to External storage.

please check this application for Mi During download downloaded songs when played they are stuck in between. Application need to be opened twice to access home screen. I am MI redmi 3 user. Thanks. Parikshit

Keep getting the pop up after launching the app to give permissions to Jio music by going into app settings but nothing happens even after all the permissions are given. Tried reinstalling the app on my Honor 7 but the same error occurs. I wonder why it needs so many permissions(even to contacts and location) compared to Gaana which only needs permission to location and storage. Fix the new update.

Good for finding and listening to songs. Nice, fluid design. Several issues though - The album art gets glitched when current song is switched quickly several times. Shuffle feature needs work: sometimes plays the same song again instead of another song being played next. And why can't it show the album art properly on the lock screen? It shows a gaudy pink wallpaper instead. If these few issues are solved, will rate a solid 5.

*There is not even a favourite playlist.. u can't create ur own playlist... *In offline download section the list don't even has a sorting options... *The downloaded songs are encrypted so u can't even use anyother player... *App crashes a lot..lags a lot..scrolls r not at all smooth.. Jio needs 2 at least work on its music player.. downloading songs holds no meaning if u can't listen them in a good music player...

A great collection. Ad free. The music stops playing in the background when I open another app (non-Google). Please optimize background playability. It would be a welcome feature to add starred songs to a separate playlist. Thank you for the service! - Sent from my Nexus 5X on Android 7.1.2.

After updating the app isn't running. It's saying "Permission is required for Jiomusic to function properly. Please enable through settings." Settings is just as it was before as the app was running well till yesterday. I checked settings and allowed all the permission which I can turn on. But it's still not working and giving the same error. Please fix issue.

I have almost all songs aap (ganna, hungma, wyank, saven) Everything fine... But this aap (Jio music) not running smoothly.... It stuck while playing songs... When you move one page of aap to another... App still remains in their last stage... U are searching songs.... While playing it remains same... .. Same with creating playlist.... No downloading progress bar updation... Plz update thus bugs... I want to keep this... I tried to get other app subscription.... There is much difference in aale other app... They provide same quality of songs....

This app is really good. but in this apk need more marathi songs that u have not given us u have to give that marathi songs like ala baburao shantabai. and one more thing that for making jiotune we can not put eng songs tune on jiotune plzz fix that problems

Best app in store.. But somehow it stops midway after the end of song, while playing Playlist, starts automatically after few minutes. Another issue I encounter is I can't toggle it on or off from the notification bar.. Hopefully you would look into it :)

Getting error code -500 while installing...please fix this glitch - this issue came up with the last update. Earlier it was working fine. Xperia Z5 PD region India running 7.0 They fixed this error real quick. Working fine now...hence 5 stars
