Ok, earlier it was good ( not great because I couldn't call BSNL numbers any time) but now it has gotten bad. All my chat history and called numbers list vanished, what kind of improvement is this. As far as update is done, no call could be made. If guys don't have an extra no. than JIO then they are doomed because it just doesn't work when needed. You are only paying for data because calling is dependent on mood of "4g" network, which remains off mostly. Good luck with that.

After a recent update to v4.1.3 the call doesn't end on tapping the 'end call' button but rather gets disconnected from network and then reconnects to the network after a few seconds. Then i have to end the call from the notification drawer after it has reconnected. Request you to update the error. Android version in use - 7.1.1

What is going here with this worst last update…I had updated it one week before…And after then till today this app does not allowed me to even make a clear voice call…First of all from this update my all call history and old messages were vanished…And my phone is starting hanging up…! Work on it please…! Terribly Making A Headache…!

I know you guys are providing free services but that doesn't mean that you can just give us any pathetic product. I am ready to pay but please improve the app and the experience which is very important. You guys say that you provide 4G speeds but a WAP feels faster sometimes. I know you guys will improve but today you have lost a very loyal customer.

Wtf is your developers doing. The new update is crashing so bad. :/ Hire some Native app developers instead of hybrid app. Not able to disconnect call, every time I press disconnected it gets freeze. And after ao many tries if the call ends with the notification button, the whole app disconnects from the network.

I am facing many problems while using it on asus ZenFone 2 1. It take more time to go online 2. Many times it does not goes online and I have to keep on trying making data on and off. 3 As I tries to call it gets restarted many times and unable to place call. 4. All above are old problems from many months but the new problem is it is restarted many times after call ends. As my phone doesn't support volte feature I have no option to go with this app for calling purpose. Please resolve all the issues for smooth calling. Thank you

What is wrong with the app... Its consuming 1.5 gb of RAM since last few days... And the phone frequently gets heated up.. When the app I'd runnng.... I'll be thankful if u guys.. Solve the problem

When i call using Bluetooth headset it is not connecting properly. This problem facing only while using jio 4G voice app. No problems on calling when I use in-built phone dialler.

U get attracted by free data. The calling was very bad. Even in Mumbai. Then data connectivity starts to go from OK to bad to worst. You become a jio prime member by passing 99 , which I did for 4 connections. Now I can't even call or msg or use the internet. This is definitelnot what I expect . Of this is a start them I think I was better off paying with Vodafone. Don't know about any one else .but I am really having my doubts on how good is gonna be. I :might just think of going back.and moving my other numbers

Quite a useless app. No outgoing calls are possible, only incoming. The network disconnects each time an outbound call is attempted. This is how Jio is able to keep their promise of free calls; no outbound and incoming is free of course!!

After the update hangs a lot. I ported my number from idea to jio and I regret my decision now. I wanted to go back to idea. But i cant do this before 3 months. India's worst connection. Cant make any calls really.

Need to Call like on Other Network Providers. Only VoLTE Calling is not good because every 4G phone doesn't have this Facility. Hope you take notice to this feedback in your own interest otherwise it's difficult to remain with you once the free service is stopped. Network Coverage is very poor while traveling on National Highway 48.

It's a waste and worst recent update because calls not going from this application. When I was trying to call through app. It is not connecting and automatically disconnecting by it self....... Previous version is better than latest update

Aftr this update I am not being able to call any jio numbers... the calls get ended automatically... sometimes the calls dont get disconnected evn if we click the call end button...rathr the screen gets disappeared

sucking need to improve a lot, 1. No call recording facility 2. Jio 4G voice app crashes automatically when opened 3. No call waiting, automatically call gets disconnected (even activating call wait service in my call setting & Jio 4G voice settings) 4. No realtime calling, as it shows Jio 4G voice offline (even when the network is full to 5 points) 5. Data service is really good, but need to speed up 4G Plz solve my problem Especially point 2, 3, 4

Worst performance team jio4gvoice.. jio is growing so fast but still jio4gvoice is worst.. feeling to contact mukhesh Ambani regarding this.. if you can't do better app n bug fixes ,give it to others.. simply donot waste time.. problems regarding this app, everyone already mentioned in their reveiws..

Dear Jio, your last update of jio4gVoice sucks, it reconnects everytime I finish my call, crashes have been observed which weren't there before this update, the app performance is also an issue now! Kindly do the needful. I use Lenovo A6000 Plus FYI.

Previous version works well on my Lenovo vibe p1. After update new version voice call giving tremendous problem. I can't makr any voice call. Jio voice app crash and go offline when i try to make voice call. Kindly rectify the problem.

What a f***ing app.. officially this app version is 4.1.2 with a bug that its no way opening & kept crashing, after all the permissions r given to it soon after installing.. now the most surprisingly its 4.1.3 version is out in unofficial websites which is working correctly.. so if we have to download this app from 3rd party websites to work for which it is made, then whats the use of official release with crash from play store..??..

This version is not supporting in lenovo vibe p1. Previous version was good.. Facing issues in this version Developer need to fix the bugs first then they should launch the app on playstore. All total 0 rating from me. For this update

This app didn't work any more after new update. When I want to make a call, the app stopped working and call disconnected & I can't make any call , all call & SMS logs are gone. Please back to the previous version. Other wise this app is hope less.. Please do something immediately, I am unable to use Jio Call service for this app.

Worst update.. somany call issues.. when am in a call and if any other call comes the network is gone and both incoming and ongoing call is droped. And i am unable to cut the call properly.. if i am trying to cut the network is gone and comeback sfter few seconds only.. very very bad update..

No sound. Re installed multiple times. Only silence, call receiver also getting no sound. Not device issue. All my friends are facing similar issue. Jio is only for data not for calls.

Buggy app. On every update, the app got something buggy. I tried to call then all recent call list washed out from app although working fine on phone. Now, not able to connect Jio Volte Users, able to connect other service provider no. Please check this before giving update for all compatable phones. New bug on updated app, call any jio person then phone won't connect and after that you are not registered for call.

The app is the most useless caller i have ever used. It doesnot let you to close just this app when u press the back button before crashing the entire list (i use s6edge) so its not because of ram issue. The latest update has made things worse...why cant the developers keep it simple and easy to use? More over it frequently shows you are not registered and after the latest update my call history and messages keep disappearing. Reliance do something about it real quick march 31 is not far away. The battery drain on using this app is another menace. It consumes way too much battery.

From the latest update (4.1.3) , it gets closed automatically and the call gets disconnected without any reason. Also, after calling first time, no sound or voice is heard. One has to end the call and then call again to talk. Please improve and solve the problem. Previous version was much better and depending.

After updating the app always showing offline even though full network is there. Earlier version was excellent. My mobile is Android version 6. (UPDATE: Updated new version solved all my problem, thanks)

This is the worst update till date. I am not able to make voice call... It automatically cuts the network connection......plz do something about it.

So dissapointed! Earlier it was good but recently whenever I try to call it gets hang, automatically call disconnects and shows no tower for both sim and after some time it comes back but same thing happens when I try again. So I am switching to other sim bcz without good call cennection free data is nothing

This app was working fine earlier. Since i recharged it for Jio Prime& installed latest update its not working. Neither i can call from it nor i am able to attend the calls. Then i have to stop the jio data to do my calls from other network sim. Now confused should i recharge it further or not

This app doesn't work properly. Stop jio ads. It pops up every now & then. I m not interested. Last 2 updates made it worse

earlier the app was fine! after recent update it takes time to detect the sim , certain time says that sim card not detected and then it needs to restart the phone and after that it detects it! it also takes time to.connect and be online! please see these issues!

Last update made a mess. Disconnecting automatically while trying to make a call. App hangs occasionally. Call notification showing even after call ended.

Worst update ever. I can't understand what exactly the developers are trying to do with it. They are continuously succeeding to downgrade the app. Time to replace the developers team Jio.

Worst experience. Not able to pick up the incoming calls on my nexus 6 80% of the times. This app is worthless.. Each time they update it, a new issue arises. Developers please try to improve, if this continues jio can never be my first priority sim.

World biggest fake app is jio 4g voice ana my jio app .......... don't work it at the important and emergency time ...... Only memory eaten these apps ....plz don't install these apps. If you want to good... And you also don't install any jio apps ok?????

Earlier version was far better and usable..The latest version crashes every time I open it and does not read the call log even if it is there... Doesn't allow me to make calls... Every time I open and make a call just a blank white screen appears and then I'm out of the app...

After the last update worst the functions. I can't end the calls with the end button. Always hang, not my phone. Please try to rectifiy the bugs.

this is the most irritating app i have ever used. it always automatically turns off or stops while trying to make a call. fix this irritating problem as soon as possible.
