They take your money to verify your account and you never see it again. Avoid at all costs. Should be reported to police.

Had a lot of optimism for this app even though it has ridiculously expensive delivery pricing and despite the reviews below, but it turned out to be just as terrible as rated. They duplicated my order, the tracking system wouldn't work AND they sent it to the wrong address and then charged me for it. Nothing went right. Would recommend 0/10

WARNING ITS A SCAM. They will claim delivery of your item via driver but you will not receive it. I got in contact with the shop and it's still not collected by them sitting there for 2 hours. Service is not within 1 hour. Customer service has ignored my complainants. No direct phone number. They still took my money. The worst service I have ever been involved with. They sell the dream, but the service is awful and doesn't work properly yet. Items go missing, orders take hours, or they cancel your order hours later. What's worst is no telephone number to call and the customer service seems to not care. Going back to Uber Eats and Deliveroo

Doesn't even cover everywhere (my area isn't "covered", still see bikes), terrible GPS accuracy, doesn't even allow you to input your address manually, very slow and unresponsive app, and the number of 1 star Reviews should make you think twice anyway. Finally was in an area that is covered by this horrible service and my food arrived stone cold. Some of the user experiences I've read were absolutely shocking. Item theft, horribly slow service and fraud, to list a few that stood out. DON'T USE THIS!

Poor app. Buggy.....and £8 delivery fee/service charge?! Stick to Deliveroo. Update 10/11/16 new version. Still awful. Can't even login. How are these guys still in business? Who on earth is funding them.

Doesn't deliver to my address. Don't see the point of this app. By the looks of it; it doesn't deliver anywhere. I live in a busy part of London. So would of thought this app would be useful. Good idea. Maybe needed more thinking through before setting up.

Worst Delivery app and does not even deliver to my place. whats the point of the app if u dont deliver even though it says delivers in London. So its gettin UNINSTALLED...

It cant find my location. It asks to turn location on which is Already tuned on. Uninstalling as its useless to me.

This rubbish app won't locate my position and it says,order any food and it will be delivered.Then when you go into it it says we don't deliver to that area..

My STOLEN credit card info was used with this service. Luckily my banking institution caught it. Sort out your security!!!

This is a good idea, you're providing delivery service of goods no one else does, but then you screw it up by having a terrible app, with poor location tracking that assigns you the wrong address and then forces you to have it...

Looked like a good idea until you realise it's a very limited list to choose from, so definitely not "anything you want"

It doesn't locate me via GPS, why not just allow me to enter my address manually?

Can't cancel orders. Can't do half the stuff you want it to do towards drivers/orders. The app is a great idea but needs a lot of work

I hit confirm order and nothing happens

Delivery prices for some places have gone up to an unreasonably high amount (eg McDonalds has went from £3.95 to £5.95) and I haven't got response from Facebook page as to why that is. I use Jinn a lot and it can be good or bad service depending on the courier. Because of this, I think it's odd that there's the option for courier tip at the point of ordering. I don't know at this point if that courier will deliver good or bad service so I will always leave it at 0 and then cash tip at delivery.

Lol! First time no order and last time. Not working, hangs. It's faster sitting in my car and going to get my food myself. Oh and cheaper.

why is it youz got Edinburgh on ur list ??? my mate gets delivery's using this app. he stays near Edinburgh Castle. I only live 4 miles from him at eh11 do uz go by postcodes or r uz too lazy to come to this part off town

Delivery price on everything I use has just jumped from £3.95 to £9.95. That's no longer justifiable. Won't be using it again. Shame.

Designed for certain postcode really easy and straight forward to use , the menu is priced on the app however you get a invoice in case the restaurant have changed their prices. Perfect for MacDonald's KFC and subway but mainly city location at the moment

Shady service. 1) no hotline to call for assistance. 2) tried it thrice and the orders consistently have mistakes on them, which would have price changes 3) make sure you demand for a receipt for verification

Easy to use, and got my food delivered in 20m. Especially like that I can do grocery shopping with this app too.

Dont deliver to my area. No way to be notified when you will deliver.
