When the device is rotated the settings menu off the app pop up, it happens when using the browser and the camera. No need for some permission

This works ok, however there is one weird problem that ruins it: it keeps on popping up over the top of other apps. It's weird because that requires specific code to do, and yet I can see absolutely no reason to do that nor can I turn it off. Means I have to uninstall it if I'm going to watch a movie then reinstall when I want to use it again. Not good.
