Fade To Black

Love F2B & Jimmy Church but the app needs a lot to be desired. Note to other reviewers that this is for rating the app, not Fade to Black. The app is not special and is just a skin for the regular libsyn app. Can't download podcasts as mp3 files and listen to in another player (forced to use this app for listening). No Android Wear support (can't control playback from my watch while driving). It is updated quickly, but not as quickly as I would like. I would love to be able to listen to the previous night's episode on my morning commute and it's not updated until the afternoon. Will be canceling subscription after 1st month as I can get F2B just as conveniently for free and have the mp3 file using a web scraper app on the Spreaker site. Plus then I can listen to the previous nights F2B on my morning commute. Sorry Jimmy!

I Love the show so much!! The app is so cool, looks and works great. I only just wish there was a different way to go back in an episode other than the dial. Just because I catch stuff I wanna hear again all the time. Like if there was an option to go 30 seconds back while listening, that would be the best. Too picky? Everything else is AWESOME!!!!

I think app is overall well designed. I would like a better rewind or fast forward button. I inadvertently ff an episode and could not get into restart from beginning. otherwise 5 stars

I've been A Coast to Coast insider for ten plus years. Since I've discovered f2b and Jimmy Church it's my go to podcast. The app is so easy to navigate and has all the features I wished Coast has. The content is engaging and the guests that Jimmy gets are top notch, the best in the field and Jimmy's interview technique is the best in the business! Absolutely love it. I only wish they uploaded the most recent episode immediately. I want to hear the nights broadcast the very next day. Very very seldom does it get updated until a couple of days later and I find myself opening f2b website and linking to spreaker and listening to the podcast from there... where it's free! Not nearly as user friendly but it works... If I get busy or can't listen immediately and let the episodes stack up I'll come here and open the podcast from here because the ease of use, functionality, and sound quality it's superb. To me it's worth it to pay for this app for the days I do come here to listen to the podcast and the most important part, to be able to go back thru the archives and listen to my favorite shows. Well done guys. Just please speed up your upload time! And when I download a show it won't play back and freezes up... I just listen and stream.

Can't listen to a full show anymore without it cutting out or having to skip over a whole patch or segment because it won't play smoothly

It's Jimmy Church and f2b crew. It's trippen all the time how can not love this listening option. I can't always listen live, which sucks. So I load up here and Bluetooth it up in truck on what sometimes is a 2 hour ride to work and I got my fade to black and my spirit is shared in cyberspace with the Fadernauts.

Jimmy says there are membership levels from free to paid. This particular app is only for paid. I supported the show just how he says, supporting the sponsors. This app should be more clear. Clarification wouldn't have wasted my time or gotten you as many one star reviews. It's a beautifully designed app, that doesn't does nothing on its own.

First caught Jimmy Church on Coast to Coast am and I've been a fan ever since. Love your interview style and the app so I can tune in whenever I want. What fabulous show will you bring us next?

Have to pay to play, commercials obviously don't work any more.

This app is fake. The membership link thru the email takes me to paid membership page.

Crashes when trying to play,have to download the show via the app,then browse to downloads on my phone and use a separate mp3 player,reinstalled and refreshed... no go!

Great way to keep up with Jimmy and F2B. Some weeks I am late shift, some weeks morning getting up at 4:30 am east cost. With this I can always keep up, thanks Jimmy and F2B.

Jimmy Church has carried on the tradition that Art Bell started. I think Jimmy is the best out there at this time. He's not afraid to ask the tough question.

Works wonderfully. Occasionally after you download a show you have to stop and start it to get it to use the file in stead of the stream.
