This app is the worst... location doesn't deliver to my location B.S. it's 1.5 miles away on my freaking street you don't even have to turn. How can any corporation have an app that's this bad and expect to make money? If I owned a franchise I'd have serious issues with this...

Worst App I have EVER seen!!! Forget about downloading. It will take less time to call than to try to use. It locks up and is almost impossible to use!!!

Tried to order 4 times, gets stuck after you enter payment info, on verify addresses screen

I thought this would be a convenient app to have, saving me time. I spent 20 minutes trying to submit my order 3 times - none of which completed successfully. Finally gave up and called. The workflow of the app is clunky and the location of buttons and such are inconsistent. I am color blind, so having a Submit button with black text on a red background was a terrible choice.

That's the name on the app's icon, at least here on Kit Kat. I'll stick with ordering on the web, this isn't anything more than a front end anyway...

Locks up all the time and when order went through it went through twice and got charged twice fir same order good food terrible app

This app freezes and is unreliable. We live about 3 miles from the nearest location and no matter what address you put in it will always say. "Sorry, we do not deliver to your location" We end up going to other places purely because the apps work

Thats a new application and it goes fine so all you gotta do is be patient and don't need to make a phone call to place an order.

Screen won't let you type in your name and thus can't sign up. Love the food but bad app.

Cool that it shows your recent orders but where it says "start new order" there's no button to choose that option!

Anytime an app makes you put down your phone and fire up your computer means it needs work. Modifying or creating a new order, it just opens up a mobile web page in the app. Too difficult to use and prices don't align with the product. Back to the drawing board on this one.

Horrible app does not work at all, poorly made and doesn't even function.

Sucks my location is not available and I live 5 min away
