Центр консультаций МАМН

Международная ассоциация менеджмента недвижимости (МАМН) является некоммерческой организацией, расположенной в Минске, в Республике Беларусь. Она была основана в 2010 году с целью поддержать развитие гражданского общества в сфере права частной жилой собственности и права аренды жилья.

Ассоциация объединяет национальные ассоциации и союзы управляющих жильём из стран ЕС и СНГ, квартирные товарищества, жилищно-строительные потребительские кооперативы (ТС и ЖСПК) и их ассоциации в Беларуси и других странах, государственные унитарные предприятия жилищно-коммунального хозяйства, частные управляющие компании, а также учебные заведения, частные инжиниринговые и сервисные компании и корпорации, группы компаний в сфере ЖКХ и ИТ-технологий, водоснабжения и теплоснабжения, застройщиков жилья и медиа-холдинги. The International Association of Real Estate Management (MAMN) is a nonprofit organization based in Minsk, in Belarus. It was founded in 2010 to support the development of civil society in the field of private residential property, and the right to lease property.

The association brings together national associations and unions control housing of the EU countries and the CIS, apartment associations, housing construction, consumer cooperatives (TC and ZHSPK) and their associations in Belarus and other countries, the state unitary enterprise of housing and communal services, private management companies, as well as educational institutions, private engineering and service companies and corporations, the group of companies in the sphere of housing and communal services and IT technology, water supply and heating, housing developers and media companies.
